Brilliant service from start to finish…
Brilliant service from start to finish with special mention to the experienced engineers Arran and Jordan who fitted the lift. They were professional, polite and very well informed about the equipment and the company. Their expertise made sure that the lift was fitted without a hitch and that the stairs were left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Raith Stringer, the engineer who installed the lift .WAs perlite well spoken and maners where next to nothing. 10 out off 10.He was very clean and removed any rubbish. He also explained how the chair lift worked.thank you Ray .you have made our lifes much better. Good luck to you and any family you have.

Great service from Duggie (engineer) Had a visit from one of senior stairlifts engineers to fix a problem with our stairlift. He fixed it quickly. Was courteous, proficient and very helpful. A great ambassador for the company!

Excellent service.
We phoned on Thursday and could have had someone out the following day but we chose to wait for a couple of days. Jordan arrived dead on time having phoned beforehand to let us know he was on the way. Nice man. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the company.
