I bought two sensum diffusers last…
I bought two sensum diffusers last Christmas for myself and my daughter, we both loved thm and the scents I bought were beautiful.
Unfortunately both of the diffusers began to flake and peel off.
I emailed the company and sent proof and the company immediately dealt with the problem and replaced both diffusers.

I had a problem with my diffuser with the outside coating peeling off. I contacted through email and Robert emailed me back saying he would replace it for me. He couldn’t be any nicer goes above and beyond to fix any problems. I’m just waiting for it to be sent out and replaced. I order all the time as the scents and room sprays are amazing.

Great Customer Service
I bought several Sensum diffusers via a TikTok Shop retailer, and unfortunately one developed a fault with the gold plating peeling. The retailer refused to help, which was really frustrating.
I reached out directly to Sensum, and their customer service was excellent. Even though I hadn’t purchased from them directly, they kindly arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. That’s above and beyond, and I really appreciate it.
The diffusers themselves look and smell beautiful and with the manufacturer standing behind their products, I’ll be happy to continue buying from Sensum.
