Have all the scents they are all amazing..gave a couple away as gifts to friends and they loved them..will definitely be buying more glad a tried them now as a wasn’t sure as a didn’t know what they would smell like..well definitely wasn’t disappointed glad a got them now

Fast and perfect delivery

Before I start I know I’m going to sound as though I work for SS but I don’t …. I’m a nurse and I first discovered SS during Covid when they donated loads of diffusers to the hospitals for us to place in our wellness rooms. Since then I am a very regular purchaser of all things Sensum Scents.

I cannot recommend Sensum Scents enough. I have several diffusers and the oils are my absolute go to for making my house smell incredible - African Sunset, Indian Summer and Brazilian Nights are my favourite although I love them all so you cannot go wrong with any scent you choose.

I have recently bought the reed diffusers which are amazing, they come in a very luxurious box and are packaged beautifully and make perfect gifts as well as a treat for yourself. I have several of the 500ml reed diffusers which are perfect for my small home, I also have several 150ml reed diffusers which are perfect for placing on shelves. The reed diffusers come in my above named fave scents - plus Clear Water which is gorgeous and fresh, almost like a fabric conditioner scent, Signature scent which is Persian spice and Spa….. I have all of them except Spa.

SS have recently released new colours of the diffusers and Taupe is one of the colours, this is one of my favourite colours and goes well with the aesthetic of my home, so I purchased two, it’s gorgeous, honestly it’s a beautiful shiny colour, I love it. The diffusers hold 500ml of water and can be timed to be on for 3 different lengths, there is a changing light or you can have it on a set colour. If I fill up my diffuser it lasts the entire day and a few drops of oil goes everywhere in my home.

Customer service is amazing, it has always been Robert I have dealt with and sometimes there’s a delay in responding but I think it’s because of how busy they are, but I’ve had replies from Robert out with normal office hours. Any queries I’ve had have been dealt with and any problems I’ve had have been resolved well. I see the odd person complain about SS and I genuinely think that these are professional moaners because I have never ever had any problem with customer service and have found that they go above and beyond.

I buy everyone something from SS now, diffusers and now the reed diffusers, I’m like Oprah this year, you get a diffuser, you get a diffuser, you get a diffuser…..

Please do not think twice about purchasing anything from here, it’s well worth it and there is a reward system too which builds up points to get money off or free delivery etc. Sensum Scents products are suitable for everyone …. My brother loved mine so I’ve got him one for Christmas.

Just to add ….. The scent from the reed diffusers is beautiful, I have only got two of them on display just now which are clear water upstairs and Indian summer downstairs …. Out of those two I have found clear water to be the strongest, I’ve yet to compare the others I have.

What I also love about Sensum scents is that I’m supporting a local business, I would call it a small business but I don’t know how correct I am in saying that.

To summarise - I cannot recommend Sensum Scents enough ….. the products …. The customer service and the communication are perfect.
