Diffuser Indian Summer
Had a bit of a wait although I paid for next day delivery it was a week.
Bottle is lovely although a bit pricy but thought I'd treat myself. Bought Indian Summer as wanted the pink bottle but it's more a lilac than pink. Smells good though

Lovely diffusers, fragrance oils are gorgeous and customer service outstanding
Having previously admired the diffusers I finally took the plunge and purchased two diffusers and oils during a recent promotion. The diffusers are lovely and even when not in use look very decorative. The fragrance oils smell gorgeous and leave your home smelling divine and I'm looking forward to trying some of the other scents available. There was an error made with my order (easy mistake that anyone could make and not a big deal) but on contacting customer services this was rectified and dealt with quickly and I can honestly say I have never received such great customer service from a company before and would have no doubts in recommending Sensum Scents to anyone.

Stunning diffuser
Stunning diffuser, amazing scents, reasonably priced and swift delivery - this is my third diffuser now; the best I’ve had and far better than other well known brands. Highly recommend for style, variety of scents and great value for money.

Incredible Customer Service
Incredible Customer Service. My diffuser developed a fault and the store it was purchased from - The Designer Rooms, Kilmarnock - were extremely unhelpful and rude as it was 6 weeks over the 12 month guarantee.
Contacted Robert at Sensum directly and he was incredibly helpful and understanding, resulting in him kindly sending me a new unit.
Outstanding Customer Service.
