It would be easier to do business with VISA when you want

It would be easier to do business with them if you could call and pay with a credit card when you are ready to pay. Their processes are cumbersome or the other option,they want you to commit to paying by Visa automatically which is not always convenient either, especially if you are a business that is constantly using their credit card - now you have to watch for the transaction to go through which also takes up time.

We have always had good service with no problems. Of course we would like to see cheaper prices and I'm sure so would everyone.

IT WAS OVERPRICED WHEN SENTINAL TOOK…

IT WAS OVERPRICED WHEN SENTINAL TOOK OVER BUT THEY ANNUALLY INCREASED THE PRICE FOR NO REASON. THEY EVEN DISCONTINUED THE DISCOUNT FOR FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

Worst decision ever

Worst decision ever, to rent a storage unit from this company,

Either have them read the fine print to you, or read it before u sign that paper work.

Can’t wait for it to warm up, so I can move to a different storage unit.

Staff great - tenants not so much

My experience with the people that work with Sentinel was great. However my experience with the people storing articles in the space was not. There is one bay which has the lift and often big trucks would block this lift and the whole storage area became unusable for people like me that required the lift to move heavy articles out of the storage space, which was frustrating as you arrange to be there and have people help you and you either have to wait an undeterminable time or you have to come back at a later date which was a total inconvenience. The staff need to watch for that during business hours and have these vehicles move and also give clear instructions on the rules and that everyone follows them.

Storage fees went up a lot s

The storage fees have gone up a lot since I first put my household goods in storage. There is no or little heat in the storage space so it is very cold during the winter, and chilly in summer.
The units are open on top allowing dust to settle in the units. I found my items to have a strange smell after being in storage. I don't like this, and fabrics and some wood items have had to be thrown out due to the odour from the items. I have two units now; I had three, but managed to empty one last summer. By now the units are very full. It is impossible to empty a large unit without interrupting the flow through the corridor which is very narrow. If people are moving out, or in, there will be a jam trying to get through the corridor and long wait times for use of the elevator which is most inconvenient, especially if there are several units being emptied at the same time. The staff are very friendly, and I appreciate this. But I do wish there was more space in the corridors. My previous storage facility had ample space for people to pass by while you were emptying a unit. I do want to say though, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended

Very accomodating and helpful staff, the facility is clean and well-maintained, cheaper rates compared to the other storage facilities that I checked. Highly recommended for everyone who needs storage.
