I have rented between three and four 15 X 20 heated units from Sentinel Storage for about 2 1/2 years. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for hassle-free storage and a professional company to deal with.
I have had no issues whatsoever and it has always been a pleasant and friendly experience.

It was a great pleasure working with the staff and we are very happy with the service and will recommend them highly. Security was top notch. We rented unit S15 for storage of our motorcycles and always felt they were safe. Thanks you guys from Greg Lakusta and Jason Rogers.

It was my first time renting a storage locker. I lost my key 3x when I first got started. The staff did not get frustrated with me and they remained very undrestanding and helpful to get me over this hump.

I had a storage unit at the Schoolhouse location in Coquitlam,B.C. The staff there were always friendly and very helpful. I noticed that the facility was always clean and tidy. I had to get my visa card replaced and forgot to notify the storage facility. they just called to say the payment didnt go through and we had it all sorted out in a few minutes. they did not charge any extra fee for that either. I would definitely rent there again and tell anyone I know to rent a unit there as well.

Just a quick note to say I have been using Sentinel Storage Spyhill for a couple of months and Dupsy is a rockstar. The facility is great and Dupsy has been so helpful with every request I have and has made my move much easier! She is a credit to the company.

I called this morning to reserve a unit for June 1st and the staff were very accommodating and made it super easy to do. Also, the prices are very reasonable and they are very flexible as this could be a short term rental or for 6 months to a year. All the staff I've dealt with have been very helpful and friendly. Signing the agreement was very easy as well. This will make moving my parents out of their home of 55 years so much easier knowing we have a place to store their extra furniture until they are settle in their new home!

Sentinel Storage has and will continue to be valued partner with RotaryLinks Golf Course in Fort Mcmurray. We appreciate their involvement in the community and with us specifically.

Firstly. Staff Orysia and Simer where excellent. Both friendly, knowledgeable for my storage needs, patient with my many questions and enthusiastic of their jobs and Sentinel Storage. All of which made my first storage experience a stress free and pleasant one . Security-Very important. 2 of 3 storage companies I checked had break-ins and theft. Even though Sentinel had an incident 4 weeks ago, both staff reassured and convinced me that all was secure at Sentinel. I’m still here. Sentinel is secure and I expect nothing less.

Marie, that was my middle lady, is also so pleasant to talk to (First dealt with Lori to start, Marie did the paper work, Lori finished it all off when I stopped in to sign the agreements) I didn't catch the name of the lady that was doing the training - but terrific too !! Thank you ladies !!

I have had a few storage lockers in the past but nothing like storage unit for one it was immaculately clean all the time the staff was very friendly even when I was passed do they were very patient and worked with me to get me back on track. I would suggest this storage unit facility to everyone, they are first class all the way. Thx again Sentinel keep up the great work!!!

I work out of the same building for a moving company ,Often i need storage space for my customers to store their product. Connie and her staff are fantastic. The storage and yard are kept in immaculate condition and are very clean .The staff are very organized and always greet you with a smile . To anyone looking for storage don't hesitate call the Lady's at Sentinel for your next project.

In March there was some confusion about an upcoming rate adjustment notice. After talking to Tamara who in turn talked to Calvin everything was corrected in a speedy and efficient maner. My thanks to both of them. I have been a client since early 2013 and am very satisfied with my dealings with Black Diamonds Sentinal Storage. Calvin has been especially helpful with any questions or concerns I have had.

False and Hidden Information .I called and reserved a storage unit and paid $25.00 with my credit card. a few days later informed the office I didn’t need the unit. They kept the $ 25.00 and said it is non refundable administrative cost.They didn’t tell me that before I reserved the unit. So just saying if you need to reserve a unit. Make sure to ask about the deposit .

I recently booked one unit in Calgary on 112 Ave NW to move my household furniture into as I quickly and unexpectedly sold my house. As the movers were unloading the truck Dupsy and Josie quickly realized that I was going to need a second unit. Thankfully one had opened up the day before and they had it ready for me awaiting my approval. I don't know what I would have done without it. They are so helpful, friendly, kind, and professional. Dupsey helped me select all the packaging supplies and she sent me out of the store with absolutely everything I needed and nothing leftover, she was so good with her recommendations. I can not say enough flattering things about Dupsey and Josie. I will 100% recommend Sentinel to others based purely on the service I received.

The staff at the Vernon location was so helpful. We called inquiring on prices had a storage and payment made very quickly over phone. When we arrived, the staff were helpful and answered all questions we had. We’ve had storage before in other locations, I love that I can access my unit between 6am and 11pm. Other units times were like working business hours and maybe up until 8pm during the week. My work schedule was hard to do with those hours. I love these hours of access. Highly recommend anyone to store here

The office employees have been so helpful and nice. They’ve worked with my payment from another party and made everything so easy. They have convenient locations and are very lit and safe. Thank you for making my storage experience so easy.

Never had any issues, and moving out was as easy as moving in. Would recommend this company to friends and family.
