lost my returns... so no refund

I bought two items, decided to return one, so started the refund process. I then decided to return the other item too.. the system would not allow me to start another return on the same order number. so mistakenly I made a decision to trust Tacchini by emailing Tacchini to explain that I was sending both items back for refund and explained the issue with the system.. since sending, I have only been refunded for now item and "the warehouse" keeps being blamed for the lack of refund for the other item. so, either someone in the warehouse has stolen my other item or you are just playing dumb so you don't have to give me my money back?

Do not buy from Sergio Tacchini

Do not buy from Sergio Tacchini. Honestly baffling that a brand as recognisable as this has such predatory practices towards customers.

I ordered size 11 trainers on the UK site, was sent US size 11 (despite no indication anywhere on the website that sizing was US). I asked whether a refund was possible on the basis that not providing adequate product information on the website can cause a misrepresentation of what is being sold. Their customer service team was rude and refused to comment on my point, defaulting to the non-refundable policy which should not apply when the wrong product is sent.

I disputed the charge with my bank who initially agreed with my case but reversed their decision once pressure (and irrelevant information) was offered by Sergio Tacchini.

Please, if you must buy one of their products, make sure it’s from another company/website. Their customer service will mess you around.

I just hope the cost associated with dealing with my case has still made me an unprofitable case for them.

Customer service does not exist.

Customer service responded only after 1 year ! and formal complaint to EU custermor assistance. Never sent the articles they Owe me. Compensation with a coupon for a small discount the next time i ordered from them…
Haha.
Never ever buy from any of their shops. Something is really wrong with this company.

Awful customer service

Wish I read these reviews before ordering. Basically a non-existent customer service. No number to call and they don’t abide by their own policies. Tried to exchange an incorrect size using the gift return option on their website and wasted time emailing the customer service team. They claimed they couldn’t return due to a “strict 30 day return policy” even though I screenshotted and sent proof that I had reached out a month ago. Definitely not going to be a returning customer.

Sergio Tacchini - beware awful customer service

Sergio Tacchini sent the wrong size trainers - 8 rather than 9 - and then they refused to answer emails when asked for exchange.
Surprising and disappointing experience. I wish I’d read the reviews here first!!
Quite clearly a failing company and brand with no customer service.

Horrible company

Horrible company, will not stand behind their company. Ordered a 300 dollar track suit that was never delivered Company put the wrong address on the label and UPS delivered to this address. Not going to see that package ever. They told me sorry it's not our problem and we will not responsible.

Return policy is a failure

Return policy is a failure. Customer service not responsive. Sergio Tacchini returned 20% of the money paid w/o any clarification about the rest. Beware!

BEWARE

Love the brand, but there customer service is the WORST !!!!!
I've been trying to return an item for the last 2 months, and asking for assistance and I was told to go to the website to start the return process. The website is outdated and the return section of the website is inoperable. I can't get anyone on the phone to help me and they stopped responding to my emails. Now I'm stuck with an item I paid for and don't want. Unbelievable. SMH

Literally the worst company out there…

Literally the worst company out there with such a great brand. Asked for size 9 trainers got size 7 then I returned them with at least 15 emails asking for the correct size to be delivered then the horrible bas###ds took a £20 carriage charge and won’t refund me. Don’t go near the web site….

I am a EU citizen

I am a EU citizen, bought from their eu e-commerce and they brought it from USA so I had to pay double price because of the customs. Their support stopped any communications when I provided evidences an asked refund

I ordered track suit pants for my girl…

I ordered track suit pants for my girl friend and chose size small. The. The webpage suggested to add the hoodie which I did and proceeded to payment but it changed the size to XS which I didn’t notice. I told them about it but they said the order was already shipped. After that I have been trying to get hold of them to make a return but they don’t answer. When I finally understood how to do it the cost of return is 400 kr which is ridiculous.

Scam

It was my first and last experience on their website. I bought three different items. They cancelled one I returned the other 2, I’ve never been refunded so far (280€). I have a proof of delivery by DHL. I wrote them several times, after 4 months they answered they were diligently working on it….it’s a scam. Please never buy from their website.

The item I was looking at was on sale for £25, once I selected it the price jumped to £34 without me choosing my size. I carried on to see how ridiculous it would get: total cost was £54, the original price of item before sale was £56. A sale of £2; They’re robbing you blind and no one has answers!

It’s a scammers! I make order, they do not send me one of my things that needs to be in complete. They do not return my money. They do not answer on my email. They send other things not my size.

Fast delivery to EU with DHL and fast pay back after return of the items

Ordered 4 items. All came very quickly to Belgium from USA with DHL express. Didn’t have to pay any extra costs. I could return the items because they didn’t fit well, the same day with a paid return ticket with DHL. U can receive a return ticket by a representative from Sergio Tacchini. Money came back 3 days later on my bank account. Very satisfied. Don’t trust the comment below. They frightened me but are obviously irrelevant (at least for my case)

No answer from Customer Service.

I have ordered from this shop before, and I did not have any problems, but I guess I was lucky then since reading all the comments regarding this shop, having a good experience is not ordinary.

But now I ordered again. The T-shirt was damaged; the print started falling off the fabric. I contacted the shop immediately without any luck. Now it's been a while since I contacted customer service, and I have no hope of getting a new T-shirt or getting the money back. Worst customer service ever.

This company feels more like a scam…

This company feels more like a scam than a legitimate online store. I placed an order, the sizes didn't fit, and I haven't been able to get a refund for over a month. Plus, you have to pay for returns yourself through DHL. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
