BAD EXPERIENCE

I can see that there is many of us who have a bad experience, from my order it also just came half of the order. I tried to write to support many times but I don't get any response. Does anyone have idea what to do ?

DO NOT BUY.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Trying to return which is impossible as no reply and no return label.
Also now I'm receiving emails from FedEx and letters to my address to pay tax and duty on shipping for £95. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

Horrible experience,ordered a tracksuit and had and it was to big

Trying to return it but they don't reply to messages for two weeks now.
They don't care about you.
Since it is taken over by an korean company it went downhill.
Buy your ST clothes from resellers not from their mainsite you have being warned.

Terrible experience

I ordered a Hoodie and a tracksuit for Sergio Tacchini Europe. For full transparency order number is STEU- 18227. Order came only half of it, the receipt from the courier said hoodie came in, but I got the tracksuit. So one thing came, the receipt said other thing. God knows where the hoodie is. Total mess. I contacted the Customer Care every day since and not a single response from them. Terrible experience

I ordered a sweatsuit and T-shirt 10…

I ordered a sweatsuit and T-shirt 10 days ago and the order is unfulfilled. My card was charged immediately. After 5 days, there was no shipping information and I contacted customer service. I received an email that they would check into the status and never heard back from them. It’s going on 3 days with no response. There’s no phone number or anyway for me to talk to a live person.

In retrospect, I wish I would have done more research before ordering. I played tennis while growing up and loved the nostalgia related to the brand. I thought the retro looked great on the website and was finally excited to have a connection to the brand now.

I’m now concerned I have been scammed and will lose my money based on other comments I have seen.

Two days after ordering I had not seen…

Two days after ordering I had not seen a tracking label so I did reach out to check on my order.
Customer service got right back to me and 24 hours later I have an amazing tennis skirt! I actually had a great experience : ) JLW

Non existing customer service depot

Over a week contacting customer services, no reply and no reply on FB. Awful and atrocious service. Only shipped half my order and charged me full order value. DO NOT USE! cannot believe in this competitive landscape how they can be so poor - big let down. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The worst customer service EVER!!!

The worst customer service EVER!!!! Ordered on May 30, 2022 and paid for expedited shipping (2-day UPS) in the amount of $20! Received an email confirming my order and how it was to be delivered by Thursday, June 2, 2022. No tracking number has been provided and no response from their incompetent customer service!!!!

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM SERGIO TACCHINI ONLINE!!!! They’re a scam! I’m literally out of $220!!!!!

100% SCAM

100% SCAM

Please, don't order from Sergio Tacchini if you not 100% sure you want the item or knows that the size fits you.

I had a real mess with my return (and still has).
No return-label follows your order and it took them 10 days to get me one throughout e-mail from their "customer service". However, my refund has still not reached me and it seems like my package is stuck in customs in FR. (2 weeks now). Don't even know why my package are there since it's a EU-package.

However, Sergio Tacchini customer service has stopped answered my e-mails.

I will never order here again and i don't recommend anyone to order here.

Not super fast but it works !

I bought 3 items from ST but when they arrived 2 of the items had the wrong size so I contacted customer service on email and asked for a return label in order to avoid to pay the return shipping fee, which I received a few days later. I returned the items and got my refunds. The whole proces took a couple of weeks but it worked !

Don't purchase online from Sergio tacchini

Only if i had read these reviews before making my purchase I would have known before hand how terrible Sergio tacchini's customer service is.. I purchased a few items which did not fit. I then contacted their customer service who responded by saying they were waiting for the return label to be sent from the warehouse before emailing it to me..
Question, Why would customer service need a warehouse to send a return label to them before being able to send it to a custom?..
Since recieving that reply I have not heard back from tacchini. I have sent a number of emails/messages with no response.
I honestly did not expect such poor customer service from such an iconic brand, very disappointing service.
Myself, family and friends have made a number of purchases from Sergio tacchini over the years and will now cease form doing so in the near future all because of it's poor customer service which let's the brand down big time.

Horrid experience

I ordered ten items from their website and the funds left my PayPal account immediately. I received a confirmation of my order via email. Within a couple of weeks, I received one item in my order. I contacted ST to get details on the other nine items in my order assuming they were backordered. I never received a response. I emailed them again the following week. No response. And again, I emailed the next week with no reply. I even tried calling their New York City office multiple times with no answer. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal for a refund for the missing items. Sergio Tacchini never responded to PayPal's request for explanation and PayPal refunded my remaining monies.

If you are in the US, DO NOT waste your time ordering from their website. I don't think they have the inventory in stock advertised on their site. Communication from their end would be appreciated. It's ashame because their tennis attire is my preferred brand and difficult to find in the US with limited inventory from tennis clothing suppliers these days.

Ordered a week ago never heard anything…

Ordered a week ago never heard anything so I emailed customer services. They told me they hadn’t received my payment and could send pay with a different card . I payed with PayPal the fund had left my account. They cancelled my order and I haven’t received my refund . I won’t use this site again that’s for sure .

SLOW SHIPPING, TERRIBLE SERVICE, MISSING ITEMS

I recently made an order at SergioTacchini.com and after waiting over two weeks, only part of the order arrived. Since then I have been trying to find out if the rest of the order has been processed or dispatched, however customer service is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Three weeks since my order date, I am now in the process of seeking a partial refund and will have to approach my bank to do this as the company itself seems unwilling to assist me in any way.
