If you want bigger surveys, you apparently have to keep $100 in your account, not sure why. Also, customer surveys responds quickly to your questions or concerns. No issues, unlike My Medical Panel.

I received an invite for a Lyme disease…

I received an invite for a Lyme disease zoom call from Sermo from another survey app I was using. I am not a doctor or nurse. I spent 45 minutes on this zoom call was promised compensation and never received it. I sent numerous emails and was promised they were working on it and its been 3 weeks since I completed the zoom call. I would give Sermo a 0 if I could.
