Good surveys they are a hit lengthy and not always appropriate per license. You lack to include valuable information by extensive elimination of lower level staff. In the real world these are the parties making these decisions.

After a number of emails they helped resolve my issue

It is a great site and easy to use. However, I am disappointed on the time spent doing screenings to no avail. There should be compensation for doing some of these screenings. they are detailed and a big disappointment to complete it and be told you still don't qualify. Other than that site is good and customer support is very helpful .

The company is well organized, with a clear and objective structure, but I had the opportunity to participate in some research related to nursing.

I appreciate your medical surveys, or the discussions and other resources in one of our groups

Easy to navigate, helpful insight into upcoming products, taking into account front line staff opinions. Rewarded for participation. Sometimes disqualification from surveys, there is no listed reason this would be helpful.

Great customer service. Gave me partial credits when the survey repeatedly broke and I couldn't complete it.

Great surveys regularly that are fairly remunerated. Just a bit of a multi step process to extract funds but not too bad hence 4 stars

Sermo is a valuable platform for healthcare professionals for a few key reasons. It was designed to be a private social network and resource specifically for doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.
Here's why it's so important:
Connecting with Peers: Sermo allows verified healthcare professionals to connect with colleagues all over the world. This is especially helpful for discussing complex patient cases, clarifying diagnostic or therapeutic doubts, and getting advice from others who have been in similar situations. It fosters a sense of community and provides a place for professional support.
Access to Real-World Insights: The platform provides a unique database of drug ratings and reviews, where doctors share their real-world experiences with medications. This peer-driven information can be incredibly useful when a practitioner has limited personal experience with a particular drug.
Professional Development: Members can stay up-to-date on the latest medical news and trends. Sermo also offers continuing medical education (CME) opportunities and exclusive content that helps professionals sharpen their clinical skills and build their professional network.
Monetizing Expertise: Many healthcare professionals use Sermo to participate in paid medical surveys and research. This gives them an opportunity to share their expertise with pharmaceutical companies and other organizations, influencing health policy and treatment decisions while also earning extra income.
