Extremely fast delivery, great service, fast email response and good support. Will buy again from them.
The downside is the shipping (a bit expensive according to me).

Value for money. Case Logic hardware solid and one of the few options available online to build a micro-its server with of the chelf components. Support to get an alternative PSU was good would have been beter if the model ordered would be in stock.
Shipping from UK to NL adds to the bill (not their fault of course).
I would have rated it with 3 stars if it was a dutch webshop, I guess we are spoiled in the NL, next day delivery, good stock and easy payment with iDeal.

The items I purchased from them work and I've had no problems with them at all. Also their customer service is perfect when you're needing help searching for the right part.

Response from receiving order to dispatch is impressive.

When an issue does occur the response is overwhelming with the Server Case team responding to the problem immediately and sending the necessary part out for delivery the next day. In fact receipt of initial wrong order and correction was all in advance of when I would have expected other companies to have made even their first delivery.

But products have no documentation at all, online or in the box.

Customer Services were very helpful assisting with part selection and compatibility queries. Delivery was fast, quality excellent and I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Excellent customer care, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Companies should really take this company as an example on how to do it properly.

The second Experiance we have had that has not gone well with poor communication and support with end user issues

Purchased the SC-415H Chassis.
For the price cannot fault it!
fitted an extended ATX and still plenty of room left. Air flow really good and the fans are surprisingly quiet when the enclosure is closed.
This chassis can hold up to x15 Drives which is really good value for money in my opinion.

Goods's performance is ok. The staff is nice and helpful.
However, from previous order, there was a bit long time checking payment from your side after we had made it by wire transfer. So, we received a shipment quite delay from our engineering plan. It will be more efficient if the process is flow next time. :-)

Customer service was great and kind! Email responses were fast, everything was fast from emails to shipments from them to my place even in other country!

I had a great experience with Server Case. They helped me pick out a case I needed, gave advice on the rails I needed and even helped me after I picked the wrong SAS cables for my setup. They were more than helpful and I will not hesitate to use them again for our needs.

Swift delivery of a much needed part. Absolutely no fuss which is what you need in the server game.

Everything was excellent. Clear purchase process, good communication, speedy delivery, product exactly as advertised.

The only minor feedback would be was that as my first server case i wasnt sure what all the accessories were for and there is no manual or guidance.
