We approached them with pre-sales questions and they were most helpful proving us with detailed information about their products. They were also happy to provide additional information about Servers and Racks.

I ordered a case that was not in stock and after payment, I got a message that it would not come back into stock either. The person emailing me asked if he should ask the sales team to find me an alternative. I wrote down my requirements for a case and replied that I would be fine with any case meeting these requirements. after not hearing for a week I send an email asking for an update. The person apologised for the sales team and said he would ask them again to respond to me. One week later I still got no response so I took matters into my own hands and look for another case that met my requirements and emailed them stating I still hadn't heard from the sales team but would accept the case I chose (about the same price) as an alternative. I could I swift response this was okay and the would send the case for next day delivery (I live in the Netherlands) and the case did indeed arrive a day later. So despite the not so good response from the sales team, I am satisfied with this site, they send me a nice quality product, without any hassle about payment or delivery. I will likely use their services again if I am in need of a server case.

Very helpful after I wasn't 100% sure on the mother board that i wanted. After talking to their sales representative, I received an email that night with several suggestions and compatibility checks.

one small gripe, the memory got dispatched separately and this didn't have my name on the packet so as a result, one of our managers called your company and also our IT guy. 2 days later it finally landed on my desk.
