Everything great, support is super polite and helpful, prices are low

They have no idea what they are doing!!
I had one VPS which was supposed to work after an advertised 60 seconds, but it too 9 days for them to actually get it up and running. Their automation is useless (I don't think they have one).
I would not recommend their service to anyone.
I asked for a refund since this was never working and they didn't respond, so I cancelled by services with them and have since move everything to Contabo.com and to Hetzner.com which both have a much better service.

i got scammed. im buy Dedicated Server - IX5 yesterday, my server has a pending status, im opened ticket, and they close this ticket, dont buy on this service

The server are EVERYTIME SLOW and LAGGY. They don't provide support and resources are HEAVILY abused. I don't recommend that hosting.

I don't know what to say, it simply didn't work, customer service is terrible, arrogant and not helpful at all. refund is not possible at all. (funny story i showed an another low cost vps provider (mvps) to my colleague and accidentally ordered a new vps, oops, i just wrote them an email and asked them to drop it, they did it and sent back the money immediately). The biggest lost was my time what i spent struggling with their vps.

The setup of our IX10 dedicated server was delayed by 15 days. Without any notice of any delays. After giving us the credentials to use the server, we were unable to install any operating system on it. As the automated provisioning system of the hoster fails to install any operating system (the provisioning system tried to access files required for installation that where not available in the operating system repository of the hoster).

The hoster responded to our provisioning problem by cancelling the automated installation process, thus leaving our server with an incomplete installation of an operating system.

By checking the documentation of the automated provisioning system (NOC-PS) we found out that this requires that the administrator reuploads a correct working image of the operating system. Which can be easily achieved. Except that is hasn't been done. Even after complaining.

Checking the live console (through KVM/VNC) of the server was also unavailable. As the controlpanel tries to connect to an internal IP-adres. Which is only available if the user has access to the internal network of the hoster.

Support is only in German. English answers will be answered in German.
