Issued a refund 30 euros smaller than what we agreed to
Terrible experience with service-shop.nl, who first defined offering a refund and then transferred a refund 30 Euros smaller than what they offered and we mutually agreed to!
After returning a phone in the same condition as received, I was promised a partial refund of €301.49 due to damage that happened during transport (or possible after the phone arrived at their shop)
Instead, I was refunded only €271.49, despite multiple written confirmations of the higher amount. The company then retroactively deducted an unrelated amount and refused to honor the situation we discussed and the actual refund amount I agreed to
Communication was evasive and at odds with EU and German consumer law on refunds. Be wary, my valid claims were denied, and the company ignored written agreements and legal responsibilities
I am now escalating the dispute to consumer protection authorities. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this seller!
