Been going to the Glendale location since galaxy note 5... horrible service and always paid more for the phone than I should have. The los cerritos location did a hell of a job helping me fix my z flip 6 and purchasing my z Fold 7.
I want to give a special shout-out to Miguel (samsung care tech) he was able to expedite my repair instead of making me wait like Glendale location and gave me cool tips on how to use my new zfold 7.
Will ONLY be coming to Los cerritos for any samsung related repair/ purchase.

Initially nothing to complain about. I submitted a claim, received a shipping label/instructions, shipped my laptop with a broken screen for repair, it was repaired in a few days and shipped back. Then spiralling downward from there.
I received my returned laptop, opened the box, and opened the laptop only to find a broken screen. Clearly the original screen had been replaced, but either replaced with broken screen, broken while or after replacing, or broken when packaging for return. The return shipping box did not appear damaged, crushed or abused during shipping, but the laptop was poorly protected and likely crushed when packaged for return.
This is where things went from bad to horrendous. I immediately contacted Servify (Samsung Care Plus), explained the circumstances and was told to send pictures to samsungmxcare (aka Servify), which I promptly did, and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. It has been a week and still no contact. I have called Servify back multiple occasions only to be told "we're investigating", "we've escalated your claim", and "someone will contact you shortly". No one is ever going to contact me because they are running a scam. They know very well that if they give you the runaround long enough they can scam you out of more money. There is no way this company has a legitimate "4.4" rating on Trust pilot. Check Reddit and other sources, this company is are professional con-artists.

Disabled my computer and won't provide a 5 cent solution. I had my screen replaced in March 2025 on my Samsung360. The repair was delayed.
Last month, I discovered that they failed to replace one of the screws that attaches the hinge to bottom of the computer body. The bottom snaps in, but is held in place with screws that are covered by rubber feet. The bottom popped out/came loose and i dsocered the missing screw. Now I can't close my computer anymore because the hinge now pops the bottom out.
Servify REFUSES to send a replacement screw, offer multiple technical reasons..90 days l after the repair, outside warranty etc.
Why would I remove the feet and check that they did something so basic as replace both screws?!? Is it not a freaking courtesy when your poor and incompetent repair causes an issue to fix it?
I can't use my computer as a laptop anymore and it damages other part of it to attempt to close it. It is only 2.5 years old
They have wasted 2 weeks of my time arguing with me about a scree, will not make a supervisor available, have misleading call AI that says they are escalating when they won't.
They did a shotty job. They should sent the 5 cent screw.
UPDATE: I sent an email as requested -- all the "social media" team did was regurgiate the same thing. Their repair person left the screw off. Apparently, this is a common practice, according to some friends in computers. No more Samsung products for me.

Samsung Care's response time to filing my claim and sending a replacement was excellent. The received my claim then mailed the replacement right away. Filing the claim was easy. I am really pleased with their service.
