Fast easy

Fast easy, you can do it online, done within the day without having to wait for phone call to file a claim. If anything, this is faster service than even Apple.

Samsung Care is worth it!

My Samsung Care experience was great. I was able to file a claim on the site and schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was informed about the process and how long it may take. When I picked up my repaired device, it looked like it was new again! Angela the technician did a great job and can say that I was very happy with how it all turned out

I called to confirm the appointment a day before. When I got to the appointment, they told me the part is reserved for someone else but can be available if the other person doesn't show up. They asked me to call them back to see if the part is available later that day.

Not transparent

Needed a screen protector replaced under warranty. Instead, because they claimed they didn't have the screen protector in stock, they replaced the screen, so they claim. Did not provide the original parts as required by statute.
