Amazing Customer Service and Product!

My daughter's band played their first gig in September and I wanted to get them something special, so I emailed and asked if I could get a setlist of their gig made! I got an email back from Frankie who put me in contact with Emma! Emma was fantastic and kept in contact with me every step of the way, made sure I was happy with the design (I had 3 to pick from - so hard!!) and even sent an email to make sure I had received my order. I love the Setlist and so does my daughter's band - next step is to buy a frame so I can get it up on the wall!

Really poor service

Really poor service.

Placed order on 26th August and I’m STILL waiting for my item.

Chased several times. Was assured it was going to be sent out over a week ago and here we are.

Dont want a refund. I want the item I’ve paid for!

Ordered in July!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from setlist store. Ordered on the 20th July, and I have finally cancelled my order as of 25th September. This was really disappointing as my order was supposed to be a birthday present for the end of August.
My experience seems to mirror other reviews here, being repeatedly told the order is due for dispatch and eventually being offered a refund. To be honest, I doubt my items were even made in the first place. The repeated offer of a refund, as opposed to fulfilling my order, would suggest this. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
EDIT: In response to your reply, not once was it ever communicated to me that there were issues with customs and international shipping.

Hi Michael, same as the last review - we've been having an absolutely absurd number of our international orders being sent back from customs, your order was made a good while ago. There's no reason why we would be so far behind on a Bruce Springsteen print, trust me, we have his entire tour history saved to file!

We've been, to the absolute detriment of my sleep pattern, been doing all we can to fix the international shipping issues and international shipping is currently disabled, we genuinely can't win when offering refunds - we openly offer anyone 100% of their money back if there is a shipping issue, we always have. Sorry that's an issue, let me know if you want to cancel your order or we'll happily risk customs for you if you want to do that , wayne@setlist.store

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I placed an order in early August and it still hasn't even dispatched. Despite repeated emails to customer service, the first response from Frankie is always "we can provide a refund" followed by "it will be dispatched this week". Needless to say, still waiting.

Don't bother ordering from here.

Edit: After contacting Wayne, he managed to explain the problem had to do with customs in Ireland, as opposed to Frankie who continually asked if I wanted a refund and promises of shipment.

I want to thank Wayne for resolving this for me.

But you're welcome to email me wayne@setlist.store and I will sort it for you, we had an absolutely wild amount of demand the last few months, and have been doing everything that 4 people can do to send out thousands of orders & reply to thousands of emails, and I appreciate it's not nice waiting while we ski round the warehouse, but we've doubled our workforce over the last 6 weeks, added new shipping options and are now able to offer both free shipping and next day shipping! :)

Excellent company great products
Ordered for Bruce Springsteen at Wembley mug and 2 posters. Upon receiving confirmation noticed I'd not changed date on mug. I received wrong mug but upon contacting a replacement turned up in 7 days.

Very happy customer!

Ordered a mug and a poster for my granddaughter from the Taylor Swift Wembley concert which she attended, she is going to love these - a perfect reminder of the “best night of her life”
Very well made products, I am very happy with them, would definitely recommend!

Great product!

Great product, second time I’ve bought from them. Slight delay on the delivery, but the quality is spot on.

I appreciate there was a delay due to “Swiftaggedon” but just want it on record that mine wasn’t a Swift related product, just for my own credibility!

Unique quality product

Had to wait a little longer than anticipated due to supplier being a little overrun with orders - I think Taylor Swift was to blame! Things don't always go exactly to plan but what sets good companies out from the rest is the way they deal with a problem and in this regard Frankie always responded promptly with accurate information whenever I chased them up. The mugs are to a high quality and reasonably priced when considering their custom nature. I would order again without hesitation.

Just to clarify, we do state that orders can take upto 15 working days at particularly busy periods, it isn't usually the case - but it can happen when we are extremely busy.

Your order, isn't at 15 working days - and of course, you would only need to have asked us and we would have refunded you in full immediately if you weren't happy with the wait, i can assure you that we have absolutely no issue with issuing a full refund if you weren't aware of that at the time of ordering.

I'll get this all cancelled and refunded for you today (day 14!)

My order was received very quickly

My order was received very quickly , only 5 working days, well within the expectation of 15 days. Email and Facebook messages were replied to immediately and were courteous, informative and accurate. The product is superb and was brilliantly packaged. I highly recommend this excellent and extremely hard working business. Keep up the good work!

They have gone above and beyond

They have gone above and beyond. The dispatch did take slightly longer than expected but the mugs are great. They also made sure I got them in time for my daughter's birthday. I got the impression that they are a genuine family run company who have received a large number of orders due to the quality of their products. So if you have not heard from them be patient as they will get back to you. I would happily order again.

Great gift for concert lovers!

Really pleased with my items, great keepsakes. It took a month for them to arrive but Frankie refunded my delivery fee and sorted it out for me, and they were worth the wait. I will definitely order again

Novel gift idea

Thought this would be an ideal birthday gift for my friend after we went to see Taylor Swift. I like the fact that the set list isn’t generic but applicable to specific dates.

Slight issue with despatch taking longer than I expected but excellent communication about this from the company, who always replied promptly.

Ordered in August…still waiting. Just get automated emails from ‘Frankie Morrison’ who is ‘away from her desk’ or ‘busy in the warehouse.’ Emailed twice with my order number. Placed order on 22/08. Still waiting for the item.

Because we've been desperately busy lately, Frankie, like the rest of us, has been busy in the warehouse helping to get orders out as quickly as possible. You'll find her still at it at 2am most mornings! Unfortunately, this does mean her email responses can sometimes take a little longer.

I understand we've not been able to meet your expectations on response time on this one, we’ve cancelled your order so you won’t have to deal with any further delays. We’re a small team, shipping out hundreds of orders daily, and while we do our best to balance everything, sometimes our priority has to be getting products out the door.

I ordered 2 posters and a mug on 16th…

I ordered 2 posters and a mug on 16th august, still havent been dispatched and very poor customer service. so disappointed as would have been such a nice gift for my sisters 18th bday that was on 25th august. doubt i'll ever see these or get a refund :(

It is a real review! How dare you suggest it isn’t. I have several emails from you and the last one has not been replied to. And it isn’t £15 it is £30!

Hey! Not sure this is a real review as we literally offer anyone a refund if they’ve been effected by a delay due to demand, we always have done.

We do get incredibly busy, as we state on the website, particularly after huge stadium shows, but we’re very visible and responsive / and have always since day 1, offered completely no question refunds if they’re not happy to wait in line,

Were not trying to hold your £15 to ransom, we’re working 20 hour days sending out 4000 Taylor Swift mugs in 3 weeks :)

Just had a look and of course no orders from anyone with this name on 16th August 🙂‍↔️
