AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Seems irrelevant leaving a review if they are no longer trading but… perhaps it’s just because I need to vent and get my frustration out. Ordered two posters in October, they (eventually) arrived damaged. Despite numerous offers to replace, Setlist never sent anything. I cannot tell you how many emails I have sent them. Have received responses from members of staff who have always said replacements would be sent. Nothing has arrived and then of course it was the silent treatment where they don’t acknowledge, let alone deal with messages sent to them. These two posters were for two 15 year old girls to remember their first concert together. They are even less impressed with me as Setlist took their money and didn’t deliver the goods. ABSOLUTE $HIT SHOW.

This is the worst customer service I…

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They just do not care.
I received a damaged order in November 2024 and have been trying to get a refund every since but this company ignores every message. I am not going to give up, but I warn others against using.

DO NOT USE - NOT RELIABLE

Placed a Xmas order in November 2024. Charged for two mugs rather than one due to unclear instructions. Was informed I would get a refund for the one mug and the other mug would be sent out. It's now the end of February 2025 and still no refund or mug despite numerous polite emails asking for updates etc. Really disappointing for a business which prides itself on its rock fan to rock fan relationship. Won't be using them again but will continue to press for order/refund.

Awful

Awful. Ordered a mug for a Christmas present at the end of November, nothing received by Christmas. I have been chasing for a refund since and still have not received anything. Do not order from here!

Ùn(happy) Anniversary Setlist…

Ùn(happy) Anniversary Setlist..3 months ago today ordered a Springsteen Sunderland mug....no mug( only me) no refund( despite empty promises)....shocking ....the one positive that this experience has taught me is to check on Tripadvisor first before making any future purchases!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Save your money and print your own setlist they couldn't even send me the right one. Totally different setlist from the artist I requested. The actual frame is the cheapest kind. Not one to leave a bad review but after multiple times to contact they left me no choice. This company actually needs shut down. Shame I had to even give one star.

Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service, I’m actually astounded that they’re still in business. Received the incorrect item. Contacted them immediately to advise. Was told they would send correct item. 2 months later and still not received! I have emailed approx 6 times to two separate email addresses, messaged via Instagram and Facebook and have received no response. Now claiming via my credit card.

Cannot believe how utterly appalling…

Cannot believe how utterly appalling this company is and how they regard their service as acceptable. Placed an order 4 months ago and PAID for it ! , been chasing it ever since . Have been ignored with no response at any time whatsoever !!
Thought I’d share my extremely poor experience and looking at the review , seems I’m not the only one !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your orders, don't send the goods then have the cheek to get mouthy because they're busy!! They took my money back in November (£28) and I've not received the goods or a refund. They're just ignoring my emails now so it looks like I've lost my money. What a way to run a business!

Don’t bother

Would give O stars if I could. I’ve emailed twice and had no response. My order took longer than expected even though I paid for express delivery. I ordered a frame and print. I assumed the print would come framed but you had to put it together yourself. The print was creased and the frame damaged. I’ve contacted about replacements and heard nothing. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed

This company is a scam!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Placed my order 19/01/25, have had no confirmation of my order (but the money has been taken), and no response from my email asking when I can expect my parcel. I wish I had seen the other reviews before purchasing as I would have avoided at all costs. I will be reporting this company as a scam to my bank in a bid to get a refund and hopefully stop others from wasting their time and money.

If I could give them a zero I would!

If I could give them a zero I would. Knowing they had problems before Christmas with their website I gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered when it got up and running on 17th December and paid for pre Christmas delivery. Gave them the benefit of the doubt again when it didn't arrive before Christmas even though they claimed on their Facebook page that lots of orders were going out. Emailed, as requested, after Christmas to check on a status update and received an automatic reply stating lots of things including if you still want your query answered reply to this email. I replied then nothing and also nothing the next 2 times I emailed. They are actively ignoring their customers if you check their Facebook page and now the website has gone down again. Luckily I paid on PayPal so I have requested a refund. Customer service is shocking! People were willing to wait for their orders but just ignoring people is beyond rude.

Order #27506 - still waiting after ten weeks. Dreadful service

Order #27506. Ordered and paid for 11 November 2024. Got a Royal Mail number quite quickly but since then the RM message of "we're waiting for it" hasn't changed. Chased on 7 December and got a "we're very busy" response, but have chased regularly since then. Looks like the website has now been taken taken down so I can kiss my money goodbye ?

Ignored and disappointed

Disappointed to have to write a bad review but looking at previous ones, it seems the only way to get any contact. I placed an order in late December which noted a dispatch date of week commencing 30th December.

I have sent emails that have been ignored simply seeking an update as to where my order is in the process but as many others have experienced, have resulted in no response. Despite seeing others update their reviews, I am doubting the legitimacy of this business and work urge anyone ordering to either do so several months ahead of when it’s needed or avoid altogether.

Placed an order as a Christmas present…

Placed an order as a Christmas present at the start of December, even paid extra for pre-Christmas delivery. Still nothing received and they have simply stopped replying, was getting regular responses on facebook to which they said they would send as soon as they were back in the office, this has since stopped so i have tried emailing multiple times.

Ordered a mug for Christmas mid…

Ordered a mug for Christmas mid November. Still hadn’t arrived the week before Christmas so sent an email. Got a generated reply and then a personal one saying sorry that the mug hadn’t arrived but a replacement had been sent out on the 20th of December. Still not arrived by second week of January. Sent several emails with no response. Tried to call phone number not connecting. Luckily ordered this with PayPal so I’ve got a refund. Terrible service. What a shame it would’ve been a lovely gift.
