Outstanding customer service, there was a minor fault with my secure phone case. I emailed with a photo and received a positive response same day, offering a free replacement with shipping costs covered.

Customer service experience was amazing, I cut the band a little too tight for my liking based off of instructions, they are shipping me a new replacement band.

I have ordered a garmin strap. However, I received the incorrect color so I reached out to Seure. Fortunately, they sent me another one with the correct color free of cost and shipping, where I get to keep the initially delivered strap. Now, I have 2 garmin straps of different colors. Kudos to Seure for being responsive and for their exceptional service.

My first phone case had a defect with the closure. I contacted the company and sent them a video of the problem. They replied immediately and sent me another case. The case is perfect! I love it because it's minimalist and I can enjoy the look of my iPhone Air.

The product itself was fine quality-wise, but the return process was incredibly misleading and frustrating.

The website prominently advertised “30-day risk-free returns,” which gave the impression of a normal, easy return process. After receiving the Apple Watch band, I realized it did not fit my wrist properly and contacted customer service promptly to initiate a return.

Instead of simply processing the return, I went through approximately 14 back-and-forth emails where the company repeatedly attempted to avoid the return by first offering a replacement product and then offering a partial refund if I kept the item.

Only after repeatedly insisting on returning the product according to the advertised policy was I informed that returns had to be shipped internationally to China. This was not clearly disclosed on the website before purchase, nor was it obvious that this was an overseas retailer. I was then expected to coordinate and initially pay for tracked international shipping myself and wait for reimbursement later.

That is not what most consumers would reasonably expect from a “risk-free return” policy.

Customer service did eventually agree in writing to reimburse shipping costs and issue a refund after receipt, which is why I am not calling this a scam but I do not trust that I'd get reimbursed if I sent the product back to the random address they sent me in China. The overall process was extremely time-consuming, misleading, and far more burdensome than the website suggests before checkout.

Buyers should be aware that returning products may involve extensive back-and-forth communication and international return shipping to China.

Just made my first purchase of a 22mm Garmin watch strap, and while the first one didn't fit my watch, the customer service absolutely blew me away.
They were super responsive and hooked me up with the right strap for just a small extra charge, and I didn't even have to go through the hassle of returning the wrong one.
They definitely went above and beyond.
Super trustworthy, and I'll absolutely be buying from them again!
