Awful service. Ordered phone case on 1st June and still not arrived today 1st August.
Constantly having to email and no replies. Today refusing to make a refund in absence of the item, which is clearly lost in transit.

Seure's custom service department responded quickly and even offered me a small refund for losing my Apple watch with a Seure band, even though it was mostly my fault for doing something stupid. This convinced me to order a replacement band! Nice work

This is the second time I bougth the magnetic bands, and the durabillity of them are extraordinary. My work is hard, and demanding. It really takes it toll on the wrist band. So after 2 years it started to show wear. I need my clock with me at all times, so to have a good looking, easy adjusting wrist band like the Seure Fearless Silicone Magnetic band, It`s just magic. Order prosess is easy and I was suprised how quick it apeared in my mail box. Thank you!

I recently purchased a case for my 17 pro I phone. What a great piece of engineering. But a few weeks down the line I had an issue with the locking mechanism. I contacted SEURE and received a reply the next day. I explained my situation , sent some photos and they agreed to send me a new case. No problem. That’s 5 star service for you. Well done.

I've bought magnetic loops for Apple Watch and Garmin Forerunner. Straps are of great quality, magnets are strong enough so the watches seem to remain safe on the wrist no matter the activity so far (did some gravel cycling, running and swimming), adjustment steps are reasonably small so I'm able to find comfortable fit 99% of the time.

Customer support exceeded all expectations. After I realized I had ordered a strap with the wrong garmin connector, they went ahead a sent a replacement at once. I could not have asked for more.

Firstly, the Apple Watch bands are of high quality and look great.
Secondly I had a small customer service issue and they responded immediately and were more than helpful.
I highly recommend this company.

Classic camouflaged chineese dropshop. Sub par rims, long delivery and extra customs to be paid. Avoid.

Outstanding customer service, there was a minor fault with my secure phone case. I emailed with a photo and received a positive response same day, offering a free replacement with shipping costs covered.

Customer service experience was amazing, I cut the band a little too tight for my liking based off of instructions, they are shipping me a new replacement band.
