UK players are not allowed to play. Stay away from these scam artists. When you question the legitimacy of the website they block your account.

Join the casino Sunday night. Deposited €100 (£85). Won €400 ( £360 ) applied for withdrawal. Verified my account driving license that sort of thing. Normal practice it seems nowadays. All cleared. Paid in today. All good, can only speak as I find.

I made a few deposits which I never accept bonuses as I’m aware of the large wagering requirements to be able to withdraw against it.
They automatically add bonuses at the point of deposit (which I think is wrong). However, the one time I deposit, I forget and end up using £10 of the deposit (bonus unfortunately is used first). I immediately stopped playing and emailed them. Would they give me my money back? Would they hell. They refused and also said they cannot refund it as in their words, ‘the bonuses are sticky’ I said so basically you’ve taken my £100. I said that someone has the authority to refund this, or at least a part of it but they’ve refused. I will report them as I do feel in general this is unfair practice. They admitted they can see I never accept bonuses but they have no morals. Please be careful with their practice on this, it’s extremely shady.

Stole my deposit money because i cancelled the bonus which i didnt want…they cant just steal your money without even getting the chance of playing with it! Taking legal action

I have no issues with this casino, i dont know why such bad feedback, honestly i have been playing here without any complains. True withdrawals take more than expected, but I am getting my winnings. Please please don’t bet with this company if you bet big they only pay out max 1k a day but takes them days to process it and can only get max2.5k a week but there that slow you can’t even get that I won 18k and ended up losing 16k as they would not allow it to be withdrawn. And if you withdraw full lot and let them do their maximum withdrawal a week they sent your money back and say you have to sent the correct amount in guidance with our 1k withdrawal policy per day.

This company is not a real company so be careful. They are not attached to any real gambling companies, they stream all games from real genuine sites.

You will never receive your winnings they use excuses like they want a photo of your bank card - I mean how bizarre and dodgy is that!?

They let you sign up from the uk, even have an option to chose you live there when signing up yet tell you you’re not allowed your winnings because you’re from the uk.

The way they speak to you , especially Mark who claims to be a “compliance manager” is so unprofessional. He told me to “ignore all false claims on here they’re just made up”
