Not too sure why people are saying scam so much, won €800 playing from the UK and although a slow withdrawal process, I received my first €500 within 3 days just waiting for the other €300. ID verification was straight forward!

First review on here as I need to warn others. Do not play here if from the UK. I won 10k euros and they would not let me withdraw. They do not let UK players withdraw. If anyone has previously been able to then they might have got lucky, or they deposited more than their withdrawal. They refunded all my deposits and closed my account. I questioned whether they would refund me if I had lose money at their site. They say they don't allow UK players but there is an option to say you are from the UK when signing up. So this creates a false image that UK players can play. it is in the terms and conditions that UK players can't play but they fully verify you with a UK address, again providing a false image that UK residents can play. It's a scam. The one time I win big and its on a scam site. I did not use any of their bonus.

As long as you don't use the bonuses with an excruciating rollover, the casino is legit. A few documents for verification but everything went OK. Only a small minus is slightly long time for processing whitdrawals. Safe for me in the future

If you are a UK player chances are you've signed yourself up to gamstop because you have a gambling problem and are looking for non UK regulated casinos to play at. This casino and their sister sites are just awful, just look at the other reviews. If you do sign up be prepared to change your phone number soon as you will be SPAMMED with texts and emails trying to entice you to deposit, which also you can't block them. Remember you signed up to gamstop for a reason, download gamban or another blocker and get the help you need.

The negative reviews on here are quite clearly from people who haven’t read the bonus T&Cs. Never take any bonus on any casino, amateur mistake. They’re packed with wagering requirements.

Anyway, verification was complete within 24 hours. Pending withdrawal for 4 days and a further 2 days for the money to reach my bank. Overall, good layout, web chat is very helpful but withdrawals are painfully slow. You can cancel at anytime so if you’re a problem gambler you’ll most likely cancel it.

I won 1250 euros but then refused to transfer money to my bank account saying that I did not play to their terms and conditions even though wagering conditions where met!!!! A true scam. The worst company ever. Avoid please avoid. If this review stops one person being scammed then I will be a very happy man.

I joined this casino 3 days ago got a welcome bonus topped up 50 euro which was the minimum to get the bonus that's all it stated so for my 50 euro I got 150 so I played big bass bonanza mostly and maybe tried 1 or 2 others can't even remember which ones but ended up back at big bass so I played away and was doing well I was up to 600 and tried to withdraw but it said there was 0 cash and 600 bonus so I continued playing and checked again and noticed I had to wager 1500 so played away and ended up 3500 up with wagering completed so I withdrew 900 and 1500 and played the rest so I was waiting for confirmation of withdrawal and got an email requesting documents uploaded to complete the withdrawal and I did this and got confirmation that my documents have been verified so all I was waiting on was the withdrawal period so a few hours passed like 5 hours and I got and email saying your winnings have been confiscated because you have committed bonus abuse lol really ? bonus abuse ! they say I broke rule 11.1 some other number .1 they stole £2400 on me and sent me into a state of worry confusion shock as this win had come at a very good time as my car had broke down and I'd promised my 17 year old daughter some money and had told her straight away as soon as I withdrew it , I've talked to my solicitor and he asked me to request all conversations and how I committed bonus abuse to be punished to the tune of £2400 to be sent out in writing so we can go over it , they say I played a different game with bonus funds and shouldn't have but surely if a certain game was not allowed to be played with bonus funds you simply are prevented by the funds not showing in your balance when you enter such a game , I've asked seven casino how many other members have fell into this trap and ended up in the same situation and they simply ignore me , I am outraged and I am not giving up until they admit theyre wrong and give me my money back even if it's just to pay my solicitor that's OK with me . Not licensed by Curaçao gaming. I contacted the Curaçao gaming authority to register a complaint against this casino and they have told me they dont have a curacao licence. So where are they licensed?

Joined and deposited at seven casino , thank god it was only £50, played the welcome bonus x10, went to my account to see where my £50 was, it was not there, it was at zero. Looked for details to contact the site, there was no live chat, no email address, no telephone number, there is no contact details at all, I have reported this site to the gambling commission, please be very careful, DO NOT sign up or deposit money into casino account, it is one huge scam, you will not see your deposit. Save your money and use a well reputable site, Thank god I didn't deposit more.

Luckily only deposited £25 as the money left my bank account but no sign of it on casino. It has totally disappeared. That was over a week ago! Now they want to see my bank statement to see the deposit which I’m certainly not sending them. It shows on the web page that I deposited £25 so that should be enough evidence for them

Basically they give you a 100% deposit bonus to wager x10 which sounds good. I turned this into €2000.

On withdrawal you find out that you’ve broken the terms of the bonus as you wagered the bonus on slots you weren’t allowed to. They have every single slot on there site listed in there terms stating you can’t use them to wager the bonus. They also include “Live Casino” and “Sportsbook”

The bonus is given to you with absolutely no possible way for you to wager it. They do this hoping you lose all your money and are none the wiser and deposit again but if you do manage to win that is when they hit you with the money confiscation and leave you with nothing in your account. Huge SCAM set up don’t use this casino.

Gambling is tough enough without a dodgy company like can't get free spins over 200 quid spent and nothing place needs burning down

After depositing almost 2 thousand euros , I finally won 1900 euros and then they stated I breached rules, cancelled my withdrawal, black listed my email, closed my account.

I did top up a deposit of 500€ on my account and they give me 500€ fake money they called it “bonus”and i did receive messages i have to wagers 45k so i cancel it and they took all my money 500 with the 500 bonus and i was winning around 170€

EDIT: They **DID** pay out eventually. It took a long time for them to pay out, almost a week, and I honestly thought by reading these reviews that I had been scammed for all my money.

I am still waiting on 2.5k to be withdrawn but the first sum of 1k, which I made before the others, has been deposited into my account. The IBAN transfer fee for a sum of 1k is around 45 euros.

The site's terms and conditions are very dodgy and I won't be using them again because I seriously thought I'd been scammed. The support channels are actually very quick and helpful though.
