Discusting site refused to talk to me on live chat stole £150 deposit please don't use this company you will regret it

Avoid. The bonuses play weird. And hardly ever pay u and good money. Only way to win money is on the roulette id say thats your only fair chance. I deposited probably £700. Went to withdraw £1800 and they wouldn’t let me withdraw it. Total scam.

first 3 deposits ok but the next 3 were taken from my bank account by a different company but not credited to my gaming account.

Read the terms it says 2 euro maximum bets with bonus. But same paragraph it clearly says live casino and some games are not included. Since even most of those blackjack tables are 5 euro minimum

So turns out i get confiscated 750 euro breach of bonus. Abuse , played blackjack. Over 200 hands. Bonus ended at 450 euro turned to cash i kept playing with those. Cash money no more bonus , gambled them at lesst x5 times. Asked a withdraw and kep a tiny bit.

If your reading the reviews for Seven Casino and contemplating in joining them DONT!!! I won £1250 and made a withdrawal request which I had to wait a week for them to say you can not withdraw more than £1000 per day. I made another withdrawal for £1000 and waited 2 weeks to be told my request has been rejected and I am now blocked. When I made my first request they asked for my docs to prove my ID and address which I did accordingly. I also received calls prior to my withdrawal requests offering me £25 deposits. This Casino is a scam! Don't waste your time at all.

I am playing in this casino since 6 months , overal i can say is good , sometimes withdrawals delay , but i cant say something else bad , overal is a fair casino.

Only writing this as I see a few here giving glowing reviews for excellent customer service. Really? Must be part of the company or getting paid. I have received probably about 20 unwanted text messages probably part of the same 10 or so CASINOS all with a caracaou gaming license that have over the past year or so sent over 1000 unwanted texts. This CASINO alone I e emailed over 50 times and the only response I've ever had was an email asking about my satisfaction (automated email) so to read people saying great service when they I haven't had a single response is a bit odd.

I reported this to Their online chat and got an automated reply saying they would remove my number from future messages so they are clearly aware that they are doing this and condone it. When I tried to reply they had blocked me. I have reported them to the registrar they use for both their hosting and the koirj .com domain they use for spam forwarding . No legitimate company should behave like this. This is coming to my private phone number. Ridiculous here is the message - this forwards to their site; Indulge without restrictions with our EXClTLNG NEW BRAND! Kourj .com etc etc etc

Deposited with a bonus. Got 300€ to play with. After wagering that amount 10x I had 150€ left. Tried to withdraw that amount but lo and behold I had to verify my account. Took like a week to verify my account by giving them tons of information. After that was done my withdrawal got declined and they state that I broke agains their rules by playing some bets above 2€. But they had no restrictions so you could play above 2€, absurd if you ask me. Any how they gave me my deposit money back into my seven account. I tried to withdraw that and that got declined had to wager that amount 1x time before withdrawal, and so I ended up with 50€ left after that wagering. And would you look at that min withdrawal is 100€ so got nothing. THIS SITE IS A SCAM IN EVERY WAY! Do not use this site at all, for you own good, you will never get your money. Very slow withdrawals. It seems they’re hoping you cancel your withdrawal and lose the money.

Seven.Casino is ok. It has some decent games. Verification of documents is fast - usually complete on the same or next day.
Withdrawal times are a bit slow (via bank transfer). I requested on 5th September and it's only been sent today on 8th (so 3 days processing time where you can choose to cancel the withdrawal). Hopefully the payment will be made soon but the Jury's out on how long before it arrives in the bank.
Customer support seems very friendly when i've spoken to them to make sure I was all verified.
Overall, can't complain but wish they had a faster withdrawal method.

Overall there are some good games to play and it isn’t the worst casino. Just be aware of withdrawal times. I withdrew some winnings on the 23/08, they updated and confirmed it on the 29/08 and only paid out 04/09. Quite a long time to be waiting in comparison to most casinos who pay out within 24 hours. Seemed a bit dodgy at the time.
