Offer a bonus and write in their terms you basically can’t play any games with the bonus or winnings will be rejected. I won 1000 euros and was told because I played a slot I couldn’t win. When I investigated this in the terms it basically had every slot covered. That means that you physically couldn’t win any money. They returned my deposit even though I won. Yes you do have to wait a long time for your withdrawal request. I also thought I was being scanned but I must say communication was very good and I won £3000 and was paid out eventually. Took the start bonus on a 50 euro deposit, i played the % and won 500 euro. The bank button would not work until i had achieved the % required. When it opened i banked 400 euro and the next day i received an email stating i had breached the rules by playing a game that was not allowed to be played using bonus funds!!!!
