Genuinely don’t know what the bad reviews are for tbh - the customer service team have been excellent! Verification is quick (if ya don’t do it at the weekend) and I withdrew my winnings Friday (granted was pending for the weekend) but cleared Monday and on its way - I’m guessing people who are complaining didn’t read the bonus terms and Conditions, maybe?? Great selection of games too and well presented! Oh I have no affinity to this company at all btw

Very good casino, the last 3 days I play there constantly. There are a lot of good bonuses that I am happy to use. I recommend it with both hands this casino.

Didn't make any money but games were fun...Lot's of games, bonuses and little gifts from "house".

Deposited over 3000 and used all there great bonuses but lost everything
Then deposited 200 raw cash and went on a roll got up to 7000 started the withdrawal process
Got email two days later withdrawal rejected
I broke terms and conditions on my first deposits with bonuses because betting over 2 euros a spin is not allowed
They closed my account and confiscated my 7000 for this
Basically I’m down 10000 from this casino and no one will speak or help me stay well clear scammers
Why did the keep letting me deposit and giving me more bonuses if I was breaking terms and conditions it was only when I won they told me this a week later when I tried to withdraw
This should be illegal something needs done there ruining peoples lives

they are taking advantage of vulnerable people i’m a addict and i hold my hands up! i fount this site that’s not on gamstop! when signed up i realised it was in euros so i automatically closed my account!

the first red flag i received a call that stated they have given me a free bonus even though i closed my account, it let me log in and play because it was playing so welll i ended up depositing silly me i should of went with my gut feeling

second red flag …
deposit all went well i won a decent amount, when trying to withdrawal they asked for documentation i sent no problem - then i wasnt able to access online chat emails was taking several days at a time to reply

they finally replied and verified my identity said my withdrawal will take 36hrs to be approved and 1-5 business days to be approved

let me fast forward to today … still no withdrawal and unable to access my account they’ve closed it!! i’ve contacted customer service no reply

let this be a lesson - DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE

i strong believe they’ll use your documents for fraud purpose or what ever they do now days with identity!!

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY & DONT BE A VICTIM LIKE ME THE BAD REVIEWS ARE REAL

Raised a complaint, got dismissed and my account blocked. Now currently in the midst of a complaint with their supposed licensee (but have since found out they are unlicensed)!

Please avoid at all costs.

one else is saying I deposited thousands on here it’s a dodgy site, they redirect you to some weird website to deposit funds they also breach new laws in which cancelling withdrawals were not allowed. I become a vip with my very own manager every day he was replying daily with more bonuses up until I finally tried to withdraw my first winnings €2004… no response in 2 days horrible site stay clear I will be seeking reimbursement from my bank.

Dodgy site. First deposit no issues. Deposits after apparently kept getting stuck. Now if I try to deposit it keeps asking me to approve via my bank app, takes me back and does the same thing but a different company name requesting the funds, three times I did it (as I knew I didn’t have enough for them all to go through) and each time there was a different company name.
Emailed support and no response.

This company is scam take all your deposits without query, then when attempt to withdraw winning make it difficult to verify. They have confiscated my 3000 winning and blocked my account permanently saying terms and conditions were broken which was lies as wasn't playing any bonus gameplay. Stay away do Not use. Wl be closed down soon.
