The team at SevenOaks in Baton Rouge has been extremely helpful and timely in communication. During the on boarding process Holly Cernich went above and beyond to guide us through setup. Her customer service and communication were impeccable. My interaction with Stacie Morgan throughout the week with invoices has been nothing short of a great experience for someone being new to the transportation business such as our team at Morris Logistics. Her patience and email correspondence make it easy to do what we do, knowing we have a direct support person for invoices. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else in the world! Coming from a retail industry for 20 years, I know how important it is to do what they do everyday regardless of how my own personal day may be going and it often times goes without appreciation. Anytime I can sing the praises of good customer service from dedicated individuals I try to take that time to do so.

I had a issue when I first started with factoring with seven oaks, TQL charged me 5% for quick pay and payed me, even though seven oaks sent the letter of assignment, seven oaks had already payed me though, if I would of know this was gunna happen I would of called TQL and told them to take me off quick pay immediately, so I was having to pay TQL 5% and also seven oaks there factoring fee, seven oaks took care of that 5% fee TQL was charging me and for that I’m very thankful, thank you seven oaks

So far I have had a good experience with the employees at Seven Oaks. My questions have been answered quickly. They are very pleasant and easy to work with.

First I find out you didn’t give me the best deal
Second I have to fax in my invoices and that is hard to do truck drivers don’t have fax machines in there trucks and faxing is old school everybody E- Mails now days

Well Im a new broker and wasn't sure how and what documents to send in. I sent by email and fax and I was missing on which result in a none pay. And I sent copies of orignals BOL but it cant be processed until the originals are sent in and the shipper doesn't have the originals the carrier missed placed them and it result in a delay in pay still being held up?
