Great customer service, easy access to website

Great company very helpful and professional

We love Seven Oaks. A broker recommended them to us at the best possible time when we had lots of money going out but none coming in, due to 30+ days pay terms. There are so many factoring companies out there that I was overwhelmed when trying to make a decision before we heard about seven oaks. They’ve always been good to us, they respond quickly, they’ve answered the endless questions I have, there’s no minimum volume, no set up or monthly fee & the best part is they take care of everything for you. After getting set up with them, send them the invoice & they do the rest. They have helped keep our trucks working & taken away the worries of not knowing when we’ll get paid for work we’ve done.

I have been bounced around to new processors, call in for a credit check on a company that they approved and told us they would factor the load but when we send it in were told no we can’t buy that one. Very poor way to run a factor company and I will be leaving as soon as I have time to look around .

over great company. But they do not do collections that is the negative about it. Otherwise there customer service, prompt payment, and there ability to receive document scanned is excellent.

Everyone does more than is required to make sure invoices are done on time.
