Chris delivered an excellent training session for our local residents on the use of defibrillators, CPR and bleed kits.

The session was informative, engaging and practical, with Chris explaining everything in a clear, calm and approachable way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with every question, and made sure everyone left feeling more confident about what to do in an emergency.

The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on how much they had learned and how much more prepared they now feel to respond if the worst were to happen.

I attended a defibrillator familiarisation session held by Chris Butcher, the M.D. of Severnside, and arranged by Atkin Grant and Lang Shooting Club after they acquired a defibrillator for the ground.

Chris was both extremely personable and professional. His presentation was excellent and supported by high quality materials, including a number of defibrillators and an automated manikin showing blood supply flow for the resuscitation.

Towards the end of the 90 minute presentation Chris ran through a whole scenario from beginning to end in real time, linking the different parts of the process he had explained in detail earlier. Attention, spoiler ahead - The manikin made it!

No attendees were asked to come to the front or harmed in any way during his presentation.

Berkhamsted Bowls Club have had a defibrillator for a number of years without any real experience of how to use, we engaged the services of Chris and Severnside for a demonstration evening. This was very relaxed, the bar was open and was in front of 30 members. There was lots of interaction, questions, humour with all the members feeling very comfortable in using the defibrillator going forward. Chris was great from start to finish - gave great advice on which bits of equipment were most suitable for our business, and made us aware of options and prices without being pushy to sell.

Had over 50 residents attend a defib training session. The session was informative and supportive with residents gaining confidence in being able to use a defib.

Chris's great open and engaging personality, immediately put the audience at ease and drew them out to express their concerns and need for this training. He then proceeded to give us full and comprehensive information to address these concerns and needs, speaking clearly and quickly but ensuring that he slowed down to emphasize important health safety points these were repeated as the audience needed. He encouraged questions all the way through the session allowing a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere as eveyone present was appreceiated and acknowledged.
The sessions finale was a practical and very physical, demonstration on a manikin of cardiac resusitation.
In full a very expert and generously given training. I would absolutely recomend Chris and Severnside to any company or organization

We have been using Severnsides for a while now and they have always been helpful, always a good price, prompt deliveries and good after sales support. The Parish Council recently undertook defib training with Chris, this was very informative and all who attended were more confident to use a defib afterwards. Chris came to train our staff and our residents on how to use the defib. Our residents were apprehensive about using a defib, they said they wouldn't use it as they didn't know how.

We actually bought our 2 x Defibs from Chris for our Charity. We then found out he did the training as well at a very reasonable price.
