I love this cutting board. A large space for cutting out fabric and then can be folded away for storage. It still lays flat even after being folded up.

Sew&Stow is a small company set up by Erica Sawdon when she designed a fabulous tool to assist sewists when cutting fabric. She cuts fabric daily in her job and needed a larger area to work in, so this tool was designed by her to solve her problems. The product evolved over a number of years becoming an ECO, hard wearing, sturdy and invaluable tool that she uses every day. Her friends, family and students loved using the S&S and encouraged her to go into production. So here we are. The XL laminated version is the perfect tool to solve cutting problems and help you create beautiful projects at home or in the workplace.

I have had my board now for over a year. I use it all the time and it is in great shape. I am still loving my board for all fabrics that I use! 👌🏼

I purchased this item for a dear friend’s birthday, who taught needlework at school back in the day and who still makes incredible clothes. She needed to replace her original board and is absolutely thrilled with this replacement. Thank you so much, if she is happy then I am happy. Very well done to all at Sew & Stow, you are amazing 😋

I've recently gotten into sewing, having bought myself a sewing machine earlier this year. I happend across the company on my socials and thought it would be a helpful addition to my sewing accessories. The presentation and quality is of a high level and even my mother who is a many decades accomplished sewing agrees so it must be good! The fact that it folds away compactly and flattens out perfectly is also a positive. Looking forward to using it more as my sewing journey progresses.
This is a great addition to my work room, the grids help with accurate cutting and it's large enough for the big pattern pieces I regularly use.
It's so easy to store and use, just brilliant.
Fantastic company to deal with, highly recommend them.
Having had to downsize table, I bought a sew and stow board and it is fantastic. I can now cut out at table height once again and don't need to grovel on the floor!
This is such a great product, I’m really pleased with it.
It makes cutting out fabric for curtains or clothes so much easier and it’s sturdy enough I just fold it away and leave it in its box when I’m finished
Incredibly well made and great size to fit on my uneven table to give me a flat surface to place patterns on fabric and cut out. Folds neatly up in its own storage bix it arrived in to be tucked away in a cupboard. Great value and great quality. So pleased with mine.
I absolutely love my sewing foldable board i use it all the time, i love that i can fold it away tidy after use!
I am totally delighted and blown away with my cutting board. I have recently joined a sewing class and was desperate to get going making curtains. I only have a small table in my shed and the cutting board is giving me an amazing amount of cutting area. The quality of the board is outstanding would definitely recommend.
After a phone call, which was very useful and honest, I ordered the cheaper option. I've already used the board a lot and it's so convenient. Great idea.
It’s a really lovely foldable table cutting board that helps me when I sew outside of my studio.
Perfect for cutting fabric and so easy to use over the dining table.
Brilliant idea really well made will be a present for my daughter, they were super helpful with delivery and a great company
Many thanks ⭐ Mat - Manchester
I have been considering purchasing this for a while and I’m so glad I finally did. I have a glass dining table which I don’t want to use for cutting so this board is perfect to lay fabric on. So much easier than crawling about the floor! I am pleased that it has the cutting grids in inches and centimetres.

This cutting board is a must if you are sewing blinds or curtains. I needed to make 4 long Roman blinds in a hurry and the grids on the board enabled me to accurately cut the fabric, quickly and easily mark the slots for the rods . The board extended the size of my dining table so my fabric could lie perfectly flat. The order process was easy, the board was despatched immediately and I received it the following day. Unfortunately the board was damaged during delivery but Erica despatched a replacement immediately - 5 star customer service! Highly recommended!

Hands down the best purchase I’ve made for measuring and cutting fabric. I have a small workspace and struggle laying fabric flat and cutting accurately. This board folds out, provides a smooth rigid surface and makes the job so easy. Wish I’d bought one ages ago.
In the past I’ve normally used the little hemline pattern cutting board made out of cardboard, but it always gets tatty after a while and I always have to buy a new one. Plus I found it just too small. I then found and bought Erica’s Cutting Board. It’s a big game changer for me. So much bigger and therefore gives me a larger area to work with which my dining table does not. I’ve even used it on our large bed (it’s quite high) and I could spread out more. Cut more fabric pieces out and piece more things together when I’m looking at the whole thing. Of course it offers same grid lines etc but the size of it is brilliant. It also folds down really thin so I can store it behind my sofa. And I still can stick pins in it. And I can wipe it clean. Love this item. I’m always using it. I’d be lost without it now. 🧡🩵🧡
The sewandstow board has been a great tool for me and I would recommend it.
I no longer have a workshop and this board enables me to extend my dining table, enabling me to cut all widths of fabric professionally.
With both metric and imperial grids marked, I'm able to draught patterns and cut fabrics for dressmaking, curtains, soft furnishings and crafts, using my measurement of choice and the bias lines are time saving for cutting piping.
Having just completed an intricate, lined jacket, I was able to lay out all of the pieces on the board, making it easier to work through the processes and completing the garment.
When I've finished, the board stows neatly behind my dresser.
It's definitely a must for any sewer or crafter.

This board was great for cutting accurately when I made my own curtains. Easy to store and easy to use.
