Not a good description of product.

#58 is smaller than the pictures indicate but very heavy. Have had #58 less than a month and have the left thumb break through the skin and am going to have to do some medical repair. I do not use #58 as a sex toy but as a companion to replace X-wife. As the song goes "I don't want to be all by myself, anymore". Be careful when ordering #58. i am a 77 YO disabled male who can barely lift her but, she fills my needs. A Physical Companion in a cramped RV. Am looking for a bigger place.

One more thing, one of the employees (I guess) was to give me a discount of low percentage but I ordered #58 too quick to get that discount. Instead I was to get a second nightgown as a compensation. I haven't gotten it yet. Only a Canadian tracking number. Figure that one.

Support is really good, i asked a lots of questions and photos and they were quick to respond.

It was supposed to be an "in stock" doll but it had an ETA of Dec 10. Then there was a delay by a week. Then the holidays screwed things further, Celia was very responsive trying to explain things but it shouldn't be called in stock if its not physically in Canada. However, the doll was half price and it finally showed up Jan 15. I was aware of many brands that I was eying but nothing beat going to a local erotic expo where SDQ displayed some dolls back in Nov. Just looking at promo pics on websites just isn't enough with too much risk. An Aibei doll was there and it was impressive and cheaper.
Upon inspection despite a slight break in the bottom of the box she survived practically mint. The only thing is one wrist was a bit loose. The big mistake is I got the wrong wig and eye color. Its supposed to be brown hair and eyes, I got silver hair and blue eyes.
I have contacted Aibei as its their mistake and SDQ will assist. The head is not great being TPE so I replaced it with a silicone head with ROS for now. Will see if I like the head with the proper hair and eyes. There are not many vendors in Canada and I prefer to deal with one that is approved on The Doll Forum and also prefer dealing with a vendor IN Canada that way I am not stuck with an extra bill of customs and taxes. Will deal with SDQ but if you are selling in stock dolls it is assumed any doll selected is in Canada and can be received in a week.

Bought a doll from Sexdollqueen recently. The customer support and communication was very good and they are professional and responsive. All the questions i had were answered. I communicated for a while before purchasing. They are very patient in answering questions, and they don't force you to purchase anything when you are not ready. Also, for the particular doll i bought, they sent factory videos and pictures once the doll was completed to make sure i was satisfied before they tell the manufacturer to ship the doll out. I'm not sure if they do that for every doll brand, but they did for mine.

I want to mention that they do honor their promotions and price matching listed on their website, but you do have to tell them that you want to use the promotions. For price matching, they will honor it if you give the website link of the doll in question.

The doll arrived in a timely manner, in good shape with all the expected items and manufactured to my specifications.

However, within a few weeks that particular brand of doll that i got started tearing. I would have given sexdollqueen a negative review for this, but this is really due to the manufacturer's fault. It isn't sexdollqueen's fault as they only work with the manufacturer to make the doll and ship it out. I was able to fix it myself by buying a silicone glue on Amazon.

SDQ's Customer Service is First Class. I had a few concerns and questions, and Celia always replied quickly, demonstrating great diligence when dealing with the manufacturer, that tended to drag its feet.

She always kept me in the loop throughout the entire purchase and delivery process. I was always treated with great courtesy, consideration, and patience. It's small wonder that SDQ is an award-winning company in this field. I will certainly have no hesitation to purchase from this company in the future. Thank you again, Celia!

I have been trying to contact anybody about missing head that I haven’t received till this day. I got no response. Very frustrating. I paid the money but never got the full product.

If I could have, I would have given it a 4.8. But it's closer to 5 than 4. In this type of purchase, trust is key. You're putting up significant funds without having seen the merchandise. (I saw that we can now visit your premises, which is a good initiative.) You can trust them. I've been to their warehouse twice and everything was perfect.I only had one issue with a doll I wanted to give away in exchange. I had to follow up a bit to finalize the transaction. You can buy with confidence.
