I purchased a doll and had it shipped to Argentina. They sent me confirmation photos before shipping. Due to its weight, it was retained in customs because of Argentine import regulations (50kg is the maximum courier limit here), something I didn’t know could happen before the purchase. However, they helped me through the release process, and I received the doll without any further issues. No doubt sexdollqueen is a serius company.

I upgraded from a Tantaly torso to the Zelex SLE series torso. Availability in Europe was poor (November the earliest) so I turned to Sexdollqueen in Canada. Delivery was quick: One week per UPS. The head came separately with DHL, where customer service was very engaged chasing DHL, when the shipment did not move. She also was very helpful answering my questions regarding the product. Competent, helpful and fast replies :-)
Everything arrived well and the product fully meets my expectations. A big step up from Tantaly.

Info was accurate. The item as requested is available as promised. Celia helped me to get the rebate that I was entitled to receive. Fast communication. Very good experience.

Website is easy to navigate. Although my order was delayed various times, customer service was sure to respond as soon as they had updates and even added a gift with compensation for the unforeseen delays. I cannot wait to continue business with this wonder seller!
