Debbie went the extra distance for me. I had gotten the 3 piece set and it had taken almost 3 weeks to get here and then had to be returned because of a hole in it. Exchanged it for the same outfit (loved it). She helped me find my order number through my email and is expediting getting the new order out to me from the warehouse. Great service!

I bought the 3 piece set. I didn't realize how much i would dislike wearing 100% polyester! I don't know what i was thinking and now with the 72 hour return window gone I am stuck with this outfit I will not ever wear. Beware, make sure you know what you like. I should know better than to deal with a company with such a strict return policy. 72 hours ridiculous!

Trying to return a set that is too small. No response over eight days. Never had a problem before. I have 3 sets. What’s up? Be careful.

They’re always so fast to respond. I live in a state that doesn’t charge sales tax and they are always great about refunding it. Love their customer service love their product just found past month… as a retired of flight attendant for 29 years. This clothing is very useful in travel. Wish I had it when I was flying, but it’s great for my travel adventures now.

I needed to return the set for a different size. Sommer was so helpful and gave me guidance on how to proceed. I was worried about the return being complicated, but she helped every step of the way.
Also, I have to say the fabric of the set is very nice. I can't wait to reorder!

They are immediately shipping the correct item and they sent me a pre-paid shipping label so that I could send back the incorrect item. Seamless!

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get a replacement for my order. I was sent the wrong size and after sending an email I was immediately sent an address label (saving me postage) to return the wrong order. And my correct order is on its way. Thanks for the quick response and help!
