I debated ordering this while I was packing for my trip to Europe, and I finally decided to go for it because the site advertised quick shipping and showed it would arrive before I left. After a few days, it became clear it wasn’t going to show up on time. I reached out to cancel the order, but because it was already routed, I was told I had to wait.

When I got home and tried to return it, I was told I had missed their 72‑hour return window — even though I had clearly contacted them within that timeframe and didn’t even have the item in my possession. Instead of a refund, they only offer store credit, and you have to pay for return shipping on top of everything else.

I’ve gone back and forth with their customer service team, and they refuse to acknowledge that I requested a return within the allowed window. The lack of support has been incredibly disappointing, especially given how much they promote their customer service.

I’m sharing this so others know what they’re getting into. Unless you’re absolutely certain the item is right for you, be aware that returns are extremely difficult, time‑sensitive, and end up costing you more.
