So far my experience with this company…

So far my experience with this company has been good. The size I initially ordered was too small so the chat staff helped me with the return. Today I asked about when my new size would be sent and I received a prompt reply and Des was very helpful.

Hooked on Sexy Modest

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Clothes purchased aren't flimsy or cheap. Fabric of skirts or dresses purchased aren't thin or see-thru where you have to put on a slip. Debbie from Customer Service was AMAZING! She helped find the ruffle hemmed skirt in the color and size I wanted. Thanks Debbie! You made my order all the better! Absolutely love this brand! I have returned 3x within a month upon coming across this by YouTube ad. So happy that I did. Love it. I hope it continues to flourish!

Great Customer Service!I had an issue I needed assistance…

I had an issue I needed assistance with, and contacted customer service. I received a prompt, friendly, and helpful reply. He seemed genuinely interested in resolving the problem and did so within hours. In the age of increasing interactions with chat bots, this positive human interaction left me with a good feeling about this company. I will be shopping with them again!

Refund was only partial for a return without warning

Ordered three piece outfit. Material was flimsy and sizing even using chart was off. Customer service first said it's not returnable but then allowed a return. They, however did not inform me that I would have to pay shipping both ways. I paid $101.92 and was only refunded $85.50. Don't trust this company
