I know for sure that I will wouldn’t be able to get all the things I need to get without the help of Sezzle. It allows me to make big purchases and pay for them over time. In this economy, that’s exactly what I need right now.

Signed up at the end of 2025 and paid everything off accordingly and successfully. At the beginning of March I received $10"Sezzle Spend"credits to use at Amazon but was never notified, just shows that they existed and expired on March 9th. Then received an email stating I was issued $20"Sezzle Spend"credits in my account to use at Amazon, but check out when they expire so you don't miss the opportunity to use them. I was never able to see, use, or check when they expire because they were never issued to my account. I wrote countless emails(approximately 20) to solve the problem and gain clarity in why this is happening, but received no support, only vague "pre-recorded" type responses. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and eventually was connected to one named Leon, who did the exact same thing. Completely vague responses that never explained why I was able to see one of the past credit promotions that expired, but not able to see current ones or anything about the ones that I received emails about. Again asked to speak to someone who will give me solid feedback and a CLEAR answers to my questions, but was denied. They have no customer service or customer relations of any value, at least not that I was able to connect with. I didn't sign up for promotional credits or coupons, but they decided to send me emails issuing them. Emails that were a complete waste of time and have supplied me with nothing of value, just complications, and now after receiving their ridiculous responses I will close the account because they are clearly NOT interested in any sort of customer service rapport. If they never sent me false email promotions in the first place, I'd still be using their platform, because, again, I didn't sign up for any sort of promotional credits or coupons, nor was I aware that they had any. Now that they've sent garbage emails that take up space and time but offer nothing, they've shown me that they are only taking more than they give...

Everything about the app is amazing the only issue is they took away a early payment method where you could use your card now your payment has to made threw the app and they charge you and you have a minimum

Have never had an issue. Orders are adjusted correctly. One thing I wish they had was the ability to make partial payments. If my payment is due in a week but I have an extra 20 today, it would be nice to be able to put that 20 towards upcoming payment.

I’ve been using Sezzle for about six months now, and honestly, it’s been great. It lets me split purchases into four or five payments, and I’ve never run into any issues. I’m currently on the Onyx level, their highest tier, and it’s been smooth sailing. It’s not just convenient, but it’s also a good way to manage spending responsibly. If you’re looking for a reliable pay-later option, I definitely recommend it
