Another unhappy ad trading lux customer, scooter never arrived according to these folks still in transit . .

Shipment picked up from our ware house from Hong Kong to Japan.
When I queried the status of the shipment, they said they cant send on our shipment as they dont ship electronic goods!

This is despite the fact, they collected the units and we paid cash.

Now, we have to wait for them to return the goods and our cash....

Complete waste of time...

They said they dont ship electronic goods!

Why not tell us from day one, as that is how the goods were described.

Do not purchase anything from China until you know what freight company they are using. this company does not have a legitimate phone # to find out where your item is. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Ordered a hoover on 12 of Dec and had a tracking number last time I checked it was in transit in London this hoover was coming from China if I knew that would of not ordered it could get 1 next day from Curry's 21 Dec it was in London now checked on the tracking and says has not had any contact with the courier for 30 days I will be on the bank tomorrow and tell them they a bunch of scammers ,Called bank a wk ago said wait 30 days and call the dispute team be on the phone tomorrow morning no a happy bunny😡😡

Ordered a vax hoover on 12th dec , received email saying it was being shipped and gave tracking number, like most of you needless to say I didn’t receive it , company reckoned it was delivered but when I demanded to see signature I heard nothing else !! Why can the police not do anything about this company as it is daylight robbery, never ever buy anything that uses this company to deliver, you won’t get it !!!

There just rob you and dont send anything how come nobody else can stop them from doing this they have robbed me of £200 bought on the 26 nov 2020 now the 8 jan 2021 and nothing DONT WASTE YOU MONEY JUST SCAMMERS

Yes, I just read a review of someone else buying scoter from Ap scooter. Same thing happened with me I bought scotter from Ap scoter on 27 November, a tracking number was given and after 20 days I tracked on website and it showed it's in London. I rang Royal mail and they said Royal mail tracking number is right but this parcel is for someone else with different address. So definitely SF courier and Ap scoter are scam. They are fake and robbers. Don't even open their website.

Shocking they are thieves don’t use them my friend sent me a package from China start of dec not here yet and my country not even on the tracking map so at this stage I expect not to get it also rang the sender threatening if I didn’t pay £85 to get it it would be sent back to her , Merry bloody Christmas u blood suckers

Not even 1 star, I ordered a set of weights for £288 that states they were delivered, nothing at all has been received, no one to contact properly!! Contacted the seller and no replies!! Not happy at all!!! DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I’m still waiting on my package to arrive. I had ordered it Dec 8th and, I was told it was shipped the 16th and, it’s been in transit since the 21st apparently, it’s in limbo somewhere. Last updates it’s in a sorting center in New York... I’ve emailed them many times and, I’ve gotten a rest assure it’ll arrive soon... I’m trying to hold out up but, it’s definitely never racking and, I doubt I’ll use this again... 😬

I live in Gibraltar. I had ordered an item from the far east the seller chose SF Express? I got a notification that the item had arrived and checked through customs in Gibraltar, and then.......nothing! I contacted the seller who repeated it had arrived. I took it up with the selling site , Ebay, who found against me as the parcel had, you've guessed it, arrived! SF Express; a Chocolate Teapot comes to mind!

I bought an e scooter on Ap scooter outlet for £170 and they used S.F. express for delivery my scooter was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago it hasn’t come but I tracked the package and it says it has been delivered tried contacting S.F. it gives me some next fake number tried calling the company of the scooter it keeps ringing and ringing, no one buy the £170 deal for the scooter it’s a scam!!

Waiting for package from China to Colorado, USA. It's been well over a month. The package arrived in Los Angeles in about 7 days from ordering 👍👍👍. It's been sitting in California for about five weeks now.
If there is anyway to avoid this service, do it.
I also live part time in Thailand. This service is slow there as well but, not this bad.

if your doing a business and ship valuable items, Be aware they have higher rate of loosing parcel and I'm talking to it based on several times, and they don't fully refund your parcel so if you think about saving money, well what they loose, it cost you even more. so make sure to not use it for valuable items. but personal usage its fine.
Definitely not for business that ship it almost everyday.

Worst experience ever, read these reviews and has left me in complete horror and discust how people are getting scammed not good at all

ordered a phone got a screen protector complained got a new tracking number said it was delivered but nothing was delivered i think lots of people get same tracking number if this is the case imnot sure it is sf express or seller my order was from planetvacuum the second tracking number i got was dispatched 4 days before i complained

Not happy with this company at all I brought 2 e scooters £240 I ordered them on the 18th of november got a txts on the 3rd of December saying they will be delivered on the 9th stayed in nothing and still nothing can not connect them as everything's in Chinese I think I have been ripped off i have gone on tracking and its saying that they got delivered on the 3rd of December thanks a lot now I need to explain to my 2 boys why there main present for christmas is not here couse some low life company dont think of others only there self

Slow. Updates bear no relevance to delivery schedule. Useless.

Complete scam shows up delivered but you do not receive item. Thry dont reply to emails.
