At first, was a little sceptical (reside in Australia) and there weren’t many options.
Reading thru all the reviews on here and decided to pull the trigger

Inputted credit card details, email received in under 1 minute
Input product key, windows could not accept key (wrong key for the upgrade I was doing from windows 7)
Used the web based messenger to Charles and he gave me a new key within 3 minutes!!!

I had an issue with a key and he immediately got back to me and even told me to follow up with him. Something went wrong and he immediately gave me a key. I'm amazed at their customer service. I initially had trouble activating my Windows 10 Pro key which I purchased from sftkey. Their web program got me in touch with one of their representatives who helped me get through with completing my problem. Charles Doug was the rep that accommodated me, he provided me with excellent customer service and supported me through the whole process. I highly recommend this site and I do not think I am the only one to say that I believe Charles needs to get promoted. Thank you my guy. Windows 10 Pro key initially had trouble activating. Their web messaging program got me in touch with someone who sorted me out with a different ket hta worked. It was prompt and excellent service. 1 month later I changed my motherboard and Windows deactivated itself. I contacted them via web messenger and they walked me through on how to reactivate my copy of windows. This is amazing service as well as after-sales support. Highly recommend!

I have to admit that I know little of Microsoft's licensing rules but Sftkey appears to be legit and the key supplied by them was recognised by MS instantly.
The transaction was fast and activation was achieved within minutes.
A subsequent small glitch involving Paypal was dealt with rapidly to my satisfaction.

This is AMAZING, I was very skeptical and scared, but, Charles was there the support me through the whole process. He even give me the product key to try if works before I paid for it (you don't get that level of trust from others ) that it self was amazing. Okay, This will be my second review for your company, this time I would like to express my thanks to one of the agents named Charles that stuck with me when I had swapped out my motherboard for a replacement.

Just purchased a Windows 10 Pro retail key and was delivered the moment you submit the order.

Upgraded from Windows 10 Home (oem key) to Pro (retail key) and successfully upgraded with no issues to.

Rating 4 because the key purchased did not match the first time when entered as it showed as the generic product key for windows 10 pro after upgrade.

However, contacted customer service who responded within 15 mins and provided a new key which worked flawlessly.

I know what you’re thinking, these gotta be insiders or paid reviews writing these, but no. I’m 29, married with a kid, and I live in Houston, TX. This key worked better than I could’ve ever expected. I previously had windows 10 home installed from MSI on my laptop but required an upgrade to pro for some work software (BMW ISTA+). I didn’t want to pay $100+ for a lil upgrade, so I googled it, and these guys came up. Reluctantly, I threw caution to the wind and said “eh, it’s $20, I spend more on weed, so...”. Come to find out, it’s legit and I didn’t have to do any clean install or anything. Just make sure you’re windows is updated prior to installation and you’re gucci.

Entered in the incorrect email address and was going to bite the bullet and re-purchase. But Charles reached out immediately on his own because he noticed the email entered was strange- he was able to enter my correct email address and saved me an additional unnecessary purchase!
