I chatted with Charles at length about an activation issue with my windows 10 pro, he tried to help me fix the issue without purchasing the new activation key even though it was priced low at $19.99USD. In the end I trusted that someone who would spend that much time trying to fix the issue at no cost would not be trying to scam me and made the purchase. It worked and fixed my issues.
