Rings Peeling and Poor Customer Service
I am filing this complaint because I have contacted
Pandora four times regarding two rings purchased in the United States, and I have not received a proper response.
The rings were sold as gold and silver, which led me to believe they would be durable. However, after a short period of normal use, both rings started peeling and losing their finish. This clearly shows that the products do not match the description or expected quality.
I also visited the store seeking assistance, but the staff told me there was nothing they could do. This was extremely disappointing and left me unsupported as a customer.
