Great service.
You have time to put a message for delivery driver if you want your parcel put in a safe place etc
This is the only delivery I have received from SGK and was a lot better than some other parcel deliveries with other well known companies...

Absolutely useless
Rescheduled multiple times, impossible to pin down to a date and time despite repeated calls. Ended up going through seller in the end to force them to deliver. Whole operation comes across as hugely incompetent. Over 2 weeks to deliver an item. Avoid at all costs

While delivery on tine, team attitude leaves a lot to be desired
Information about the delivery timing was good and accurate. The goods were received during the expected time range. I had paid for the main item (roll of vinyl flooring) to be carried to the point of use on the first floor, and this was done. Putting it in the place I had made for it took a few tries but in the end, we got there (it was obvious where it should go but common sense didn’t appear to be a feature of the delivery team). As there were other smaller items, I opened a box that was handed to me which to my surprise drew strange looks from the delivery team. I am sorry but if I am going to sign for a completed delivery then I want to check the goods first! There was an lightweight item that was too large for the box, and the delivery team grudgingly looked for it when I told them it was missing. Thankfully it was easy to find and I was able to sign for the delivery. As a customer-facing business, I would suggest a change in attitude from the delivery team because I wouldn’t want to use this service again because of their poor manners.

I bought a pergola from Hygge - SGK delivered & installed
I bought a pergola from Hygge, who use SGK Distribution as their delivery and installation partner.
From the moment my order was ready, SGK were excellent. They contacted me by phone, text and email to arrange a convenient delivery and installation date, offered a choice of three-hour delivery windows, and arrived exactly when they said they would.
The installation team were friendly, professional and clearly very experienced with the product. They completed the installation in under three hours, took care throughout, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
The whole experience with SGK was smooth, efficient and reassuring. Based on my experience, Hygge could learn a great deal from SGK when it comes to customer communication and customer service. I would happily recommend SGK.

Poor customer service
They called 7 mins before the 1 hour delivery window. I explained that I'm going to be on an online meeting during that time. He kept repeating himself and so did I. Then he said send a text and they can leave it outside my door. I agreed and sent the text. 25mins into my meeting they call again and disrupt my meeting. I cut the call. On my way out, I notice the mattress and pillow left on the side street with package damaged. Total disregard for the goods and lack of customer care.
