Great service. I knew exactly when they were going to turn up with my delivery, I could even see a map of where they were. The 2 men were great and brought everything inside for me too. Would definitely use them again.

This delivery services was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Planning was perfect! Delivery men arrived on time and I paid for assembly. They asked about taking shoes off on carpet, they built the bed amazing and were so polite and professional!!

SGK delivery and installation service
Really efficient and professional service throughout.
We purchased a Hygge pergola and SGK are the guys that they use for delivery and installation.
They inform you when they are proposing to come and you can pick slots to suit you.
Once confirmed they'll inform you within an hour or so on the agreed day when they are actually coming to give you time to prepare any last minute stuff.
Their fitters are top drawer and take scrupulous care when handling the items for assembly and installation to prevent damage or scratching.

Had good communication regarding carpet deljvery.
Had good communication regarding delivery of carpet. Was notified the day it was originally due for a pm delivery stating delivery was rescheduled for next day. Assumed it was due to heat wave, so fully understand why they mightnhave had to resdhedule. Delivery rebooked for time slot of 4pm-7pm today, Saturday 11th July. 2 very polite young men turned up at 2:45 and carried the carpet to where I needed it. Very professional courteous service.

Bad experience
Very disappointed with the overall service. My delivery arrived well outside the promised delivery window without any justification!
The delivery team appeared to be new and unfamiliar with assembling the bed. The assembly took much longer than it should have, and one of the screws has been left loose and not properly tightened, which is concerning.
To make matters worse, they left all of the packaging and waste behind instead of disposing of it after completing the installation.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and fell well below the standard I expected. I hope the company improves its delivery, assembly, and installation service.
