I ordered the wrong bras by mistake as the one in the ad was different and I didn’t know until I received my order that it was the wrong one. Well customer service is horrible. The bra’s were never even tried on and I’ve been told I can’t return them due to their return policy but I checked and that’s a lie. I 100% do not recommend this brand! The customer service was horrible. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

I was extremely disappointed with what I received which was nothing like the advertised product. There was NO Gel support just a barely there row of stitching under the bust. The shoulder straps were not wide as advertised and the adjustment loop was loosely threaded through a loop not a snug rectangular adjustment as advertised.
Last but not least the back strap was only half as wide ( only 2 hooks high instead of 4 hooks as seen in the advert ) so it was a thin back rather than a comfortable wide back and under the arms.
I sent photos showing the differences and they just said some people have different expectations. 🤨
I suggested they invest in some quality control if they think that’s the same product advertised.
The 1 star is for quick communication.

The bras are nothing like those described on the website. The cup size and position of the cups may suit some people but not me. They say the bras lift and separate but don't believe them.
After contacting customer service with promises that they would fix the issue and sending photos and information requested, I have had no further contact. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

These bras and their sizing are completely way off and they won’t give you a refund or return

I recently ordered the body shaper, which I was concerned about because of the placement of one set of zippers.

When I first put it on, it was very comfortable and fit perfectly. After my first restroom trip, I felt better about my purchase because of the zipper situation. During my second trip to the restroom, the zipper broke. I was at work, it was mid-morning, and I was not able to make it home to change, so I was stuck with the broken zipper for the rest of the day.

I emailed Shapedly customer service as soon as it occurred just to alert them of what happened, and they asked for my order number and name. I sent that information and I even stated i had no intention of returning it because they are based in China and I'm in the US.

I heard from 3 different ppl, the 1st person indicating once the item had been worn, I cant return it and it can't be refunded. The second was talking about the fit of my bra, when the subject of my email was " zipper broke". I didn't even read the 3rd email and just asked them not to contact me anymore.

My recent experience was quite disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my concerns, the process became repetitive and unproductive, with no clear or meaningful progress. It felt as though I was going in circles without receiving effective support or solutions.

At this point, I’ve decided to discontinue further communication. I value efficiency, transparency, and professionalism, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.

I hope future improvements will lead to better customer support and a more streamlined approach, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service at this time.

Shapedly shipped the wrong bra from the one I ordered. 3 weeks ago they claimed they had sent me the correct bra & emailed a tracking # . The tracking logistics company is in Chinese which I can't read. Never received to date. The quality of the wrong bra they shipped is cheaply made & is quite frankly junk. Do yourself a favour & don't waste your time or $$. Order #349609

Unbelievably bad experience. I ordered a bra $52 1 Feb 2026, received it a month later. The sizing was way off. I used their own calculator on their site and it was clearly too small. I contacted them and they said to send them my measurements and they would dispatch another bra for $14.13 postage, which I did. The second bra received was just like the first one. I even sent photos to prove the sizing discrepancy with my usual brand AND their measurements. They said they would send ANOTHER bra for a further postage fee. I requested a refund. I was now out of pocket $66.13. No bra. I said I would report them if I didn't receive a refund or confirmation of this within 7 business days. I haven't heard from them since. I am going to report them. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHAPEDLY.

I ordered a faja from this company. Big mistake. It took a long time for me to get it! Then it is like someone had sewn the bottom half and left the room came back to finish the top and it is sewn inside out. The company told me I can keep the first one that you can’t use and pick out another faja pay the shipping for something they messed up. I do not recommend this product or company at all.

Shapedly has items I can actually choose my correct size & if I don't I can always exchange. Simply great prices I definitely had to try, can't wait to see how it looks on me and give another review and maybe another order (-:

DONT’T DO IT! Got a different bras completely. Vaguely looks like the ad, but definitely not the same, including skinny straps and strap joins to main bra with a plastic circle. Sizing was completely different to their size chart. Furthermore they refuse to refund. Look like Temu quality to me 🤬

Shapedly cannot be trusted. I ordered 3 of the jelly bras in the size that should have been compatible with my bra size and it was way too small. Also, the material is very cheap. When I emailed them to resolve this issue they would not replace them and did not offer a refund.

Beware of this scam business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The quality of these bras are poor. I received my order and put all straight in the rubbish. I contacted customer support to explain that I tried 1 out of the 5 bras which provided no support and material was cheap and so thin ready for the dumpster. Do not buy from these scamming people. I understand not getting a refund for one because I tried it on but at least a refund for the others I didn’t touch because they were all the same size. Try something else and don’t waste your money.

The bras I received were garbage. They were thin, flimsy and extremely small. They did not look at all like the pictures on the website. I bought XXL, as per the size chart on their website and they look like they would fit a six year old! The cups were no larger than an A or possibly a B. Do not buy these bras!

Easy to purchase . Also love that the reviews were all honest real reviews .

A literal scam. Ordered 2 bras (per the size chart) and they were tiny so emailed asking to return for a refund. I was met with a response saying that I needed to pay extra for them to send me more bras after I look at the size guide and reorder??? I asked again for a refund and they said they don't offer refunds for sizing issues? (I ordered based off the size guide what more could I literally do) After mulitple emails asking for a refund they have just started ignoring me now.

I bought the Shapedly bra without much expectation as the price was amazingly low.

I was very pleased with the result. My boobs look great and are well supported.

So I went into this very sceptical. As a larger lady, bras dont often offer comfort and lift, but I can honestly say I was shocked that this one does exactly what it claims. My girls have never looked better and I could easily sleep in the bra its that comfortable.
This is completely on me, but due to being let down on sizing before, I decided to go a cup size higher than normal, so the bra does gape a little at the top, but as I said completely my fault and I have now just purchased another one at the correct size.
Despite some reviews saying it took weeks for delivery too, I ordered mine and received it within 5 working days!

My order arrived and it was way too small and uncomfortable. I asked to return it, but kept getting the same "copy-paste" response, despite saying "I do not want an exchange". Then when I started to ask for their complaints procedure, I would get the same "copy-paste" responses about sending me a replacement. Really disappointing.
