The product fits nothing like advertising, I measured as per site's guide. Terrible bras, no separation, just squashed my breasts, flimsy material.

I'm 72 wanted a comfy bra with support and no more wires. Just wanted my money back. I've sent them back anyway, no use to me. They can sell them off again, and will have double the money.

I love their bras but placed an order over a month ago and still have not received it. Their shipper is a joke and their Customer Service is worthless. Still can’t get a straight answer on where the order is or when I will get it. Do not buy their bras.

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. Complete scam. Bras not even close to description. So low quality you’ll laugh before you cry.

No support, rubbish sizing, poor quality and won’t let me return for a refund - don’t buy from this company!!

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered my correct size they were miles too small. I contacted them and can only return defected goods. Offered to ship more to me at my cost. No thanks. Im not wasting even more money. DO NOT BUY.

I have been trying for several weeks now to resolve an issue I have with the bras I received. 1st off, I received XL bras when I needed 3X sized bras, needless to say they don’t fit. I have contacted them no less than a dozen times, and each time someone manages to email me back, they end up ghosting me when I explain the issue. I’ve got emails from Lou, Lisa and Gabriel, and not one of them has followed thru with making this right. I have even offered to send them back at my expense, and to pay 39.95 to have the correct size reshipped…..but nothing. Good luck if you purchase from these people and end up having an issue…cause you’re just out of luck. Very disappointed in their customer service. Buyers Beware

As a hairstylist I have a lot of shoulder and back pain and this bra has helped me so very much, and I just love it !!!

Return policy is deceptive at BEST. The website states that they have an easy 60 day return policy but when you contact them to initiate a return, they say that they ONLY accept damaged items as a return and your order isn't eligible because it was on sale, anyway. Definitely scammy and NOT BBB accredited!

Do not buy from Shapedly! The sizing chart is way off course. The bras I bought are way too teeny tiny and I have no confidence in ordering another size because they weren’t just a little bit small, they were a LOT too small, so how could I “guess” what size to reorder? Their customer service has been terrible, they refuse to offer a refund despite the policy on their website, they are only offering exchange but want me to pay a reshipping fee to reorder a new size which clearly isn’t a solution. I asked if I could liaise with a supervisor and since that request they have ceased all correspondence and won’t answer any more of my emails. Terrible! I even sent photos of my existing bras compared to the Shapedly bras to illustrate my situation and request their understanding. I can’t think I’m the only one to have a negative experience, so I suspect Shapedly deletes negative reviews. I fully expect this review to be deleted too, and if they do, I will just keep reposting it over and over. If it’s too good to be true, it most surely is. Lesson learned, I will never buy from this company again, and nor should you. Now I am stuck with 3 bras that don’t fit, I can’t get a refund, I can’t get an exchange.

SCAM is the only way i can describe my experience. The size doesn’t come close to matching what was sent to me they refuse categorically to replace or refund .

So I got my second order which was a bigger size which was a 3x and it still doesn't fit, waste of $85 cause neither the XL or 3x fits, I want my money back, this site is for skinny girls with mid to flat stomachs

I need a different size this brand runs large on me. The site says 60 day exchange policy. Customer service said that is not their policy even though it’s explicitly stated on their website. The service agent said no exchanges only $9.99 for a new bra.

The Shapedly website is deceptive and misleading in a number of ways. The XL bras that I received were advertised as fitting up to a DDD size, whereas the received packages state A-C cup. The internal padding is small a forms a weird figure 8 that is not visible in the website photos. They do not have the wide underarm wings as on the website either. In fact, received bras are completely different Inferior, skimpy products that offer no support for larger breasts

I ordered 2 bras. They did not fit. I wanted a refund but they refused to give me one. The quality was terrible. So disappointed as they cost $70 and I feel ripped off! Do not order from this company it is a scam!
