I had to contact shapeshift customer support due to an error i made placing an order for a keep key. The mistake was completely my fault, and honestly i was not expecting them to be able to help me. The service rep was very helpful, went out of his way to fix my stupid mistake, and even followed up with a great resolution for me. The customer service i received was top notch.

There shapeshift platform is something that I've been using more and more lately, it has improved a lot and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite crypto platforms.

I used Shapeshift in 2015 to transfer BTC to ETH. An adventure. I admired Eric Voorhees for going on podcasts immediately after the hack by an employee. He was utterly transparent and Shapeshift has my utmost loyalty because of that. Yes we are all crypto pioneers finding our way. I appreciate that Shapeshift is a vital cog in the wheel. Please, please do your best to make it easy to hold cold wallets and do updates no matter how old our laptops or OS versions are.
I am holding crypto for my 4 grandkids. They each get a portion when they turn 18. My eldest is 9. My responsibility is to keep it safe and make sure they will have access to it years to come.
I understand we are in the very early stage and I’m proud to be a crypto granny. Most of all I need to be able to access your customer support to understand changes and updates. I believe customer service is going to be the key to the success of entities like Shapeshift.

I sent too many transactions to some wallets in my KK and as it was upgrading to ShapeShift my wallets began to disappear. I was fine with the time it took for resolution because of the excellent communication from the team. You can tell in their communication that they actually care to help you. The support team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Between the support and direction of product I plan to remain a loyal KK an SS customer for a long time. I know I can rely on them. A++

I'm new to crypto and I'm not a heavy trader. The new Shapeshift platform (currently in beta) is fun, secure and easy to use. When I made a mistake (I forgot the tag with ripple!), their team was able to fix the problem with efficiency.

Highly recommend!!!! I have been doing a little crypto for a couple years now. I had an issue with Shapeshift on my end, they resolved it immediately , with one email, and they have also followed up twice. I had the same issue with Coinbase, and it took four months and 30+ emails and phone calls to resolve.
Shapeshift is top notch. With their great customer service, they will be one of the major players for years to come. Great platform!!! Their integrated Keepkey is also a very good hardware wallet.

Actually my review not about directly shapeshift. I had a problem with their promotion. Shapeshift has a company for keepkey hardware wallet. Of you verified shapeshift you can get the chance of buy keepkey with discount just $10. But there is a shipping fee. And this shipping fee is about $40 (cheapest)

It is wrong. You shouldn't create a campaign like this one. This creates anticipated people on community.

wow, really impressed by the support team, they are on point and could help me to restore my KeepKey after the devices was offline for more than one year and wasnt recognized by the PC..

After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.
