In our reply, we asked for a few photos (including the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label) so we could assess the issue and resolve this for you as quickly as possible, in line with our Terms and Conditions (Section 5.3 – Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items).
Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response to that email yet, so we’ve been unable to move things forward for you.
