Greetings hope your well . I’m experimenting trying to find the best one it’s just expensive but my health comes first I am a runner

Hi Anacee,
Thanks so much for the 4-star review! ⭐️ We totally get what you mean, unfortunately these days it feels like nothing comes cheap… we’re still trying to find the shop where everything costs 1998 prices! 😅
That said, we do work hard to keep our products among the most affordable out there without compromising on quality.
And you’re absolutely right, investing in your health is one thing that’s always worth it. When you’re a runner putting the miles in, looking after your body through proper nutrition and supplementation can make a real difference to your performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing. In the grand scheme of things, money invested into yourself in a positive way is always worth the price. 🏃♂️💪
We actually took a quick look at your order and noticed the product you chose is a seriously strong one, great choice, but it might even be a little intense for running depending on how you’re using it! 😅
If you’re experimenting to see what works best, we’re always happy to help. If you’re looking for products that are particularly good for running, endurance, or recovery, feel free to reach out and we can recommend a few options that might suit your training. Just drop us a message anytime at info@shapeshifternutrition.co.uk and we’ll happily point you in the right direction.
Thanks again for the support and happy running!

Professional, Respectful and Efficient Service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I received an email confirming my order had been processed, but I urgently needed to cancel it. As I am deaf, I rely on the Text Relay service to communicate. Text Relay allows me to type my message to a relay assistant, who speaks directly to the company and types back their response. Communication through relay can sometimes be challenging, but in this case it was handled exceptionally well.
Aaron was calm, patient, and highly professional throughout the entire conversation. He showed full understanding of my situation, immediately contacted the warehouse to cancel the order, and processed my refund without delay.
As a deaf customer, respectful and effective communication means everything. Aaron’s professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation completely smooth.
Outstanding customer service. I would confidently recommend Shapeshifter Nutrition to anyone based on this experience.

We’re especially grateful you highlighted your experience using Text Relay. Clear, respectful communication should be standard for everyone, and we’re really pleased Aaron handled everything calmly, professionally, and without delay. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words directly on to him.
We understand how stressful urgent situations can be, and we’re glad we could make the process smooth and straightforward for you.
Thank you again for the recommendation and for trusting us — it’s truly appreciated. 💚💪

Came quick and pretty good but a bit clumped up
February 9, 2026
Reply from Shapeshifter Nutrition
Hi there, thank you for your 4-star review. We’re glad it arrived quickly and that you’re happy with it overall.
The slight clumping can happen because of the high-strength ingredients used in Dark Labs Crack Pre-Workout. Ingredients like L-Citrulline and Beta-Alanine naturally attract and bind at a particle level, which can cause the fine powder to stick together.
Because this is a very potent, densely packed formula without unnecessary fillers or anti-caking agents, the powder can sometimes clump slightly.
This is just a normal characteristic of the ingredients and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. It will still mix and perform as intended.
We appreciate your feedback and your support.

Royal Mail confirmed recipe
Royal Mail confirmed recipe, no update on app until the morning it was out. Says it was delivered with a picture of a blurry image but no delivery. Tried again yesterday failed delivered and the same today. I have rescheduled until Friday

Hi Craig,
We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with the delivery of your order.
Upon reviewing Order #102508, we can confirm it was placed on February 5, 2026 at 4:25pm. The order was fully processed and completed by 4:31pm, just 6 minutes later, and collected by Royal Mail at 16:47 that same day. This demonstrates that your parcel was prepared and dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible from our side.
The concerns mentioned in your review relate specifically to delivery attempts carried out by Royal Mail. Once a parcel is collected and scanned into the courier’s network, responsibility for its transit and delivery lies entirely with them. We do not have control over delivery routes, driver procedures, or delivery scan updates once the item has left our premises.
We fully appreciate how frustrating delivery issues can be. However, the circumstances described reflect the courier’s handling of the parcel rather than our internal dispatch process. Our role is to ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately, which in this instance was completed within minutes of your purchase.
As a company, we take great pride in our efficiency and service standards, so it is understandably disappointing to receive a 1 star review for matters that occur after dispatch and fall outside of our control.
We would always welcome customers contacting our support team directly so we can review the situation and raise any necessary queries with the courier, rather than posting a review for an issue that relates to Royal Mail’s delivery performance as a separate organisation. We are always willing to assist wherever possible.
We trust the rearranged delivery on Friday will proceed without further issue.

Delivery was late by 4days even tho I paid for next day delivery
Delivery was late no refund for delivery fee

Reply from Shapeshifter Nutrition
Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the facts for transparency.
Your order was processed promptly during our operating hours and collected by Royal Mail the same day. We always want all customers to receive their parcels within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, this is not always possible once a parcel has been handed to the courier, as delivery timing is outside of our control.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is an estimated delivery service rather than a guaranteed next-day service, as clearly stated on the Royal Mail website and within our own Terms and Conditions, which are agreed to at the point of order completion.
As your order total was under £60.00, a standard delivery fee of £3.99 would have applied regardless. You chose to pay an additional £1.00 to upgrade to Tracked 24, which reflects a faster estimated service, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays caused by the courier do not qualify for delivery fee refunds under our Terms and Conditions.
Despite this, we still offered a goodwill gesture that exceeded the £1 difference.
This response reflects the same information already clearly communicated to you directly via email and is shared here solely for clarity for other customers.
While delays are understandably frustrating, a one-star review for something entirely outside our control does not accurately reflect the service we provide.
