Their hotline service is worse, and not only that, because of their fault, I also have to pay 20k BDT extra for my air ticket, also their refund service is too bad thay give you your money after 7-8 days and take 1k for canceling any type of booking.

Horrible Experience with ShareTrip – A Classic Bait-and-Switch

I booked a hotel room in Cox's Bazar through ShareTrip and paid the full amount in advance. After more than 24 hours, they informed me that the room was already booked. At the last moment, they tried to push me into accepting low-quality (B/C grade) hotel options, completely different from what I had paid for.

When I refused and demanded a similar type of room in another hotel, they told me I would need to pay almost double the amount. By that time, my transportation was already fixed, leaving me in a very difficult position to find a proper hotel within budget at such short notice.

This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic: showing an attractive option to secure payment and then forcing the customer into worse alternatives at the 11th hour. Such practices are nothing short of scams.

I strongly urge everyone to reconsider using ShareTrip and to boycott platforms that exploit customers in this way.

Issued ticket with 0 baggage. I clearly remember seeing 30 kg baggage included when selecting the ticket option. Other people travelling with us bought the same ticket at the same time with same price had 30 kg included. Had to pay a lot of extra, almost doubling the ticket price, that to for only 15 kg baggage per ticket. Never heard of 15kg checked baggage.

Such a stupid fuc-k-ing service. I select Mrs and Gender ( Female ) on my spouse field. But After Purchasing the ticket its showing that title is Mr and Gender is Male. Totally Uneducated helpline and fu-ck-ing support system. Avoid sharetrip. You will not get any support if you face any problem. Go Zayan is much more better than them.

I have done Thailand and Singapore visas for me and my wife through Sharetrip.

Thailand: For Thailand, it took 11 days from submitting the passport to receiving the visa. I submitted my passport on January 1, 2024. I received it on January 11, 2024.

Singapore: It took about 4 days to get the e-visa after submitting all the documents for the Singapore visa.
