A couple of services are ok
There Cheetah and CC IPTV service are good; however, be careful with other packages (like Best Streams) as the information on their website is incorrect (only offers 697 series). Their support team provides conflicting information and somewhat brush you off. They also offer no refunds regardless of any issu including if your service doesn't work.

My BEST IPTV Service Experience Yet
I've tried several IPTV service providers and SharkTV has been my best experience so far. Very reliable streams. They are great at communicating problems to their customers and addressing them quickly. Their support always responds quickly and provides help when needed.

There are better alternatives.
The price is reasonable, but the service quality is below average. The EPG could be more organized and is frequently interrupted by freezing. I have a GB connection. Customer support is generally responsive, though live chat is useless.

I have been with SharkTV for over a year and for the most part it’s pretty good, I have had a few hiccups here and there, most of which were solved fairly quickly and easily. I have tested out a number of their packages, and I have switched my parents over to them as well. The best option for my parents is the ZEAL package, and I do a yearly subscription for that. The biggest issue my parents find is that the EPG is never updated and 90% of the channels display “no information” which is frustrating for non tech persons. There have been a few times where there is more buffering than usual but they have learned to become patient with it as it is IPTV.
For my own use; I do a monthly subscription, because I test out different packages to find the best option for my house. We have 4 kids ranging from 19-6 so ensuring enough variety for them is key. The last couple months has been more brutal than in the past. I stopped getting the reminder email before expiry, and when I renewed the same package, i was given new log in information- while simple enough to install on my own it was a little frustrating to have to go back in and reset my settings with the new server.
This last month I renewed the same package again - we’re liking the District 7 options- however, I did not get the email of completion like I normally do, so after about 2 days of waiting for that I logged back in on the website and noticed in my purchase history the transaction was complete. So I went to watch a movie and the server was not working, getting the typical error when the link has expired. I have been emailing customer service for almost a month now, with sporadic responses and no solution.
Last night I finally got an answer that advised me to contact them on WhatsApp since email tends to block certain account types. I did this and was able to get a quick response and solution.
Now, I have gone almost the entire month without services I have paid for, I have asked twice if there is a way to remedy this - waiting to hear back.

Bought the service witch never worked from day one. No refund policy. So I literally paid for a service I could not use. This is a scam, do not waste your money.

Garbage service and non existent customer service.
For the last month my service has gone done almost every day from 3-10 hours a day.
Emailed them multiple times a day, each day.
They do nothing.
I did receive a reply from them being sure to tell me that they don't have a refund policy.
I said extend my subscription then.
No response.

Can't attribute payments to orders
Can't attribute payments to orders, very laggy even over VPN, EPG doesn't update for the majority of channels. The "customer service" guys are outright rude once you've sent money and will not help you in any way. The gushing reviews below must have been done by people contracted by the company. There are many IPTV re-sellers, these guys also don't operate their own servers.
Their support is dishonest
Their support is a joke. I had service with them for a year using my own device and app and it was working fine until a “contact your provider to activate this device” error came up. They charged me $30 to fix this. A month later the same issue and demanding another $30. As a paying customer why do you need to pay extra for support? WhatsApp support is quite rude and unprofessional and continually tries to upsell you on buying their expensive box. Stay away from- convenient to pay via etransfer but if you do your own research there are much cheaper and more reliable options.

Bad communication skills, your lucky if you get someone half decent to help you or answer questions and not give attitude. At the beginning i was content with them, but they turned out bad, with too many bad experiences. Iptv packages are hit or miss, use at your own risk.
