I bought my RS6 from Sharman Group and honestly couldn’t be happier. From the first conversation, the team were friendly, helpful and just easy to deal with no pressure, no stress, just a smooth experience all the way through. The car was absolutely spot on and even better than I expected. You can tell they really care about the quality of the cars they sell. What really impressed me though was the customer service. Even after buying the car, their support and servicing have been brilliant.

If you’re looking for a great car and people who genuinely look after you, I’d definitely recommend them.

Bought a car in July 2025 with a known fault (headlights) told it was an easy fix, so the car was discounted. It later transpired that the fix wasn't as easy as first explained and it took 4 months to resolve. Sharman Group would not take the car back and as such, I had to drive the car at night (to and from work) with poor headlights.
There were 2 stories told by the team. Story 1 - previous owner changed the lights and Story 2 - we changed the lights due to a crack in the lens. When I eventually located a set of lights that that could be paired the repair agency informed me that the lights that were fitted by either the previous owner or Sharman Group were faulty (all brackets had been snapped and were simply held in by plastic adhesive - no bolts or screws). What made the matter worse, is that the ones removed were only fit for the tip. At the end of the 4 month saga, I have fully operational headlights and out of pocket to the cost of £1,350 (headlights, VW Technician and diagnostics).
It's clear and apparent that the after care sales provided by the Sharman Group leaves a lot to be desired.
I will not be buying another car from the Sharman Group - my sanity is more important than any car.

I just pet exchanged an audi s5 for a BMW 5 series I feel the process was so swift and easy and it went quick. I did not feel like there was any problem with the process.

We booked a viewing of a motorhome and upon arrival were informed that, although there were other interested parties, our viewing took priority as we had booked first. All staff were helpful, informative and not in the least bit pushing for a sale. Our whole experience was easy and we cannot fault the Sharman team.
Highly recommended, they would be our first port of call for future business and we live in the Republic of Ireland (we crossed two countriesto get there)!!

This is the 3rd car purchased from Sharman Group in the 4 years. They make changing my car so simple by part exchanging my old car and upgrading me to a new one . Every car I get always has high specification and is unique to what the norm would be .

The young lad Zain gave me excellent service , I literally didn’t get any stress with the change over as he handled everything .

Had a great experience using the Sharman group. It’s a great family run business and they are genuine people. Saw an ad on auto trader and everything was as said to be. Car was in mint condition and they have helped with every process. Would definitely come back whenever I’m due for an upgrade 👍🏽

Recently bought a BMW M3 from them. Outstanding customer service, went above and beyond, I was even collected from the train station by the owner when purchasing the car. Would highly recommend and would definitely return as a customer
