I pretty much buy nothing but t-shirts and thus have dealt with many, many different vendors. My experience with this store has been very enjoyable from start to finish. Their customer service has been absolutely first-rate, and I’m more than impressed with the quality, design, and comfort of the three t-shirts I’ve gotten from them. Truly, I couldn’t be more pleased! I will continue to buy more t-shirts from them, as they look great and are super comfy. The only tip I have is that you might want to buy your shirts one size up, as the shirts seem to run a bit small (but maybe it was just me lol). In any event, you simply can’t go wrong with this store!

I love the designs on this site! The customer service is great. The shirts were a little smaller than I thought, and they responded immediately and fixed the issue.

I ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being smaller than I pictured. I reached out to Shawn to see if I could return the sweatshirt for one size larger, and he graciously offered to send me the new sweatshirt free of charge. He even let me keep the old one! I truly appreciate this level of service, I will have full confidence buying from them in the future!

At first, I thought I was ordering from a local company, so when I placed the order and it said it was coming from China, I was a bit skeptical to be honest. And when I followed the tracking, it said it had arrived (with a time stamp) but no package, so I was bummed. I sent an email to support thinking I wouldn't hear anything back but I received a response within a few hours. I was shocked to receive a reply at all. Anyway, all to say, I got the goods and I was really impressed to be replied to by a human and not a bot. Ordering online these days is sketchy but I would 100% recommend ShawnCraft. The quality of their product is also top notch, so I will definitely be ordering again!

I'm in Canada and my T-Shirts arrived in a few weeks. The quality of the shirts are awesome, nice thick cotton and a high quality print (they will not peel). A size of one of the shirts was too small and they're sending a new size free of charge. Really great experience and I'll be surely purchasing again.

I ordered the wrong size. They immediately corrected the issue by sending me out the correct size. I have not received it yet. But that kind of service is great!

cool shirt, the distressed look is my favorite and its good quality. i would give this vendor 5 stars because of quality and accurate description, plus they communicated with me frequently after learning the delivery was a day or so late.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my partner and it looked amazing and good quality quick shipping. There were some issues we had with the stiching but the amazing team were really helpful and replaced the item. Thanks guys loving your designs
